Description

You'll never want to leave this tranquil abode right in the Intracoastal Waterway and only about 350 yards to the beach. Spend your days floating in the cool waters of your private pool. There's even a private dock from which you can indulge in the pleasant setting. Or, barbecue a savory lunch on the personal gas grill out on the deck. If you do wish to venture out farther, you will be within about 15 miles of Mulberry Park, Rivers Edge Golf Club and Plantation, and the Odell Williamson Auditorium. Inside, you'll find a coastal chic design set for entertainment with a full kitchen and even a bonus wet bar and beverage fridge. WiFi is complimentary, and modern conveniences include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The house was in a really great location a quick walk or golf cart ride to the public beach access. We loved being able to keep a boat in the water all week. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The elevator was a huge bonus so we didn't have to worry about my 80 yr old mother going down the stairs.

Location is perfect - views from every deck. Love the mood lighting for the outdoor space. Indoors is comfy and cozy. Pool was the perfect temperature after a hot day at the beach. House has everything you need

This house has amazing sunsets! We enjoyed the pool area, having access to the canel, and within walking distance to the beach.

Had an amazing week enjoying Holden Beach while staying at the Birds Nest! Beautiful home with so many amenities! From kitchen ware, bar war, extra blankets, pillows, and even shampoo, conditioner, and body was supplied in every bathroom! The kids enjoyed the pool and my husband loved fishing off the dock! Quick walk to the beach with public access walk way to a lovely section of the beach! We did have an issue with the hot tub not getting warm and they sent someone out to fix it within hours. Would love to return to Birds Nest on our next vacation to Holden!

We felt like we were staying at a resort! The beds, pillows, linens, couches were all top of the line. The kitchen was stocked for a serious chef so we took advantage of that! The pool can be heated now as earlier reviews said it was not, now it is. The owners seem to take to heart what is shared and even little things like extra keurigs were there. They clearly want you to relax and enjoy the space. It as beautiful and we all felt like special guests there. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

It's a beautiful home right on the canal. There's beach access across the main highway. The hone had everything we needed and we will definitely be back.

It was very clean, very spacious, very well equipped, elevator a plus, nice pool, enjoyed the fire pit. Wet bar and beverage fridge were nice touch. Nice to have paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. already stocked. Nice way tables could be configured different ways. Big screen TV to watch the ball games. Nice balconies on each level.

Our family enjoyed the canal access! We even saw an alligator the last day of our trip! The pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Although the pool was quite chilly because it is completely shaded. Probably would have spent more time in it if the water had been a bit warmer. But overall the house was great! Plenty of room for everyone, great kitchen and living area and all the balconies were so relaxing! We hope to book again for next year!!

The Birds Nest was a very relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The beach is minutes away and the pool and hot tub are a real plus! The indoor and outdoor seating in comfy and allows for relaxing. I especially loved the views from the top floor of the canal and inland waterway!
