A well-appointed kitchen hosts modern appliances and a spacious island for effortless food preparation. You can enjoy views of the Intracoastal waterway from the patio and balcony and delight in a private heated pool and outdoor shower. This house was perfect for our family of 5. Each child had their own room and an additional TV room to watch tv and play games. Great proximity to beach and the house/pool was in perfect condition.

Loved the pool! We had it heated and it was divine! Used it every day, several times. They had lots of pool toys. Very comfortable inviting home well appointed with supplies. Short walk to beach & nice outdoor shower. We would highly recommend this to all interested. Great vacation with family.

We loved the welcome feeling by have the beds made with fresh linen (booked through Vacasa), the host had provided everything we needed and the decor was beautiful. The pool is very nice as well although we were there during the winter and we didn’t need it heated.

This is a great house that you can tell the owners lovingly planned for in terms of decor and setup and take great care of. It was very well stocked with blankets and pillows, great outdoor furniture, good lighting, great beach amenities (chairs, buckets and a wagon) and lots of kitchen items. It was not an issue for us but the kid's room and extra hangout space are up the spiral stairs which could be daunting for younger children. Otherwise the house was perfect, yard and outdoor space comfy with great furniture, cute lighting and accessories and a very short walk to beach access. I would highly recommend the house. We were there in off season and it was extremely peaceful and quiet.

We were looking for a place to decompress for a long weekend and found this gem! It was fantastic to relax, rest, and recharge. The pool was perfect and we spent most afternoons lounging in/around the pool. The interior was fantastic with everything you need. The beds were comfortable. The showers had fantastic water pressure and just helped ease the day away. Will keep this place in mind for a future visit!

This home was such a cozy and perfect getaway for our family. The house comes completely stocked, and even has beach equipment if you don’t bring your own. We loved the screened in porch and sitting out by the pool each day. One of the best features is having the beach access straight down the road (maybe a two minute walk). We also loved being close enough to the bridge where we could easily drive on and off the island. This is definitely one of the best homes we’ve stayed in and it’s a must stay when visiting Holden!

There are so many great things about this rental that I don't know where to start! We had a family of 6 and everyone had plenty of room! The outside is beautiful and pool/furniture/lighting downstairs is wonderful. There's a fully stocked storage room with beach items. While we brought most of ours, we didn't need to because chairs, wagon, and bags were provided for use. The outdoor shower is very nice and private as well. Upstairs, the decor is lovely and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Showers are great! Excellent pressure and just what you needed after a long day at the beach! Kitchen literally had everything we needed down to spices, olive oil, and cooking spray! The gift basket was a nice touch as well. The living room has super soft furniture and many board games which were a highlight of the trip! The beds were comfy and pillows were fluffy. My teenagers loved the upstairs all to themselves with their own living room was a treat. They commented the bunk beds were super comfy. Location was great and close enough with our golf cart. Overall great stay! Beautiful home with all the right touches!

We loved the house. Pictures depicted the house perfectly. Couches super comfortable, loved the hammock and pool floats, and the lights outside. The wagon to get to the beach was nice. The path to the beach was a great asset. Highly recommend this beautiful house.

The house is beautiful, well equipped, and easily accessible to many types of people. The complimentary little shampoo bottles were adorable, and we loved the gift basket. The house has everything you need so we didn’t leave at all! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would love to stay here again!

I stayed at Oh Yes You Can - beach house (225 Gerda St, 28462) in November of 2023 shortly after they started renting it, and it is really nice. The path to the beach is like 50 yards from the back door, the pool is heated beautifully so that we were out in it on a cool night under the moon and it was delightful, especially after a day of boogie boarding in the surf. They have boogie boards there for your use. The inside is spacious - the kitchen and living room and south facing porch/deck are all connected so everyone could hang out in proximity to each other, but had the privacy of their own rooms to retire to when needed too. No complaints at all!

I loved staying at Of Course You Can! It is not just a charming house it’s so so comfortable. My bed was so comfortable, pillows too. It’s clear the owners thought of every little detail— there are sweet touches everywhere. The kitchen has everything you need and is really pleasant to cook in. The showers are spacious. The couches are comfy. The patio is amazing. The house is bright and clean. I was there with a large group—we filled every bedroom—but it didn’t ever feel overcrowded. There was enough space for all of us. We had a toddler with us, the house and everything we needed for her too. The pool was delightful, the poolside chairs comfy, and the outdoor shower was such a treat. they even have really good games! I know I already said this once, but I have to say it again, the beds were so comfortable! I can’t say enough good things about Of Course You Can. The owners love their house, and you can tell. I hope to stay there again and again.

What an amazing home. So beautiful and so homy and comfortable. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure your visit is amazing. It is close to the beach. Wonderful patio and screened porch to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. The pool area is beautiful and so relaxing. We had such a wonderful time. Close to all necessities such as groceries and fresh fish markets.
