Boasting a beautiful, all-new interior, this spacious home showcases amazing views of the Intracoastal Waterway on either end, with direct access for launching kayaks or paddleboards by way of the private backyard dock. A waterfront sundeck offers plenty of space to spread out and soak up some rays, while the front porch is breezy outdoor leisure. Holden Beach Access and the Holden Beach General Store are each within walking distance (0.5 mi.) of the home. For an additional daily fee, you also have the option to rent a six-seater golf cart for easy cruising! Modern coastal decor accents the renovated interior, while updated fixtures and appliances ensure complete comfort and modern convenience. Plush sofa seating and a smart TV are ready to welcome family gatherings in the living area. The kitchen comes well-equipped for stress-free meal planning, with thoughtful additions like a Keurig coffee maker. There's plenty of mealtime seating between the dining table and breakfast bar. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). The golf cart is available for an additional cost of $75 per day. Contact us to add on this amenity at least (3) days prior to arrival. The golf cart is not included in the price of the rental.

This house is great for a multi family vacation. Lots of amenities kayaking, fishing, and short walk to beach for all ages and the area is nice and quiet especially when little ones have to take a nap. There are gates for little ones as well.

Fantastic experience. House was very well equipped, clean and the downstairs living area was awesome. The dock to fish and relax was so much fun for the children and the kayak made the canal living so memorable. Beds were very comfortable and sheets soft. Living area was so comfortable. Thank you for a great stay. A true Holden Beach gem!!

This was a beautiful piece lace with great views. It seems that most of the houses on the canal and inter coastal are turning private, which is really sad because we’ve been coming to Holden for 45 years and the rentals we love are disappearing.
