This lovely coastal home is in a great location surrounded by oak and pine trees, providing a peaceful secluded feel on a half-acre lot. The Intercoastal can be found at the end of the street, within a short walk; where fishing boats supply two fresh seafood markets, and a popular waterfront restaurant. In addition, there are fishing charters available for hire, and jetski and other boat rentals are available. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the Holden Beach fishing pier. Holden public beach access is a two-and-a-half-mile drive and is accessible via golf carts, which are available for rent from local vendors. This lower-level home enjoys a cozy living area with comfy furniture and a 65-inch Roku smart TV with streaming services so you can stay up to date with your favorite series and shows. Spend tranquil evenings watching TV or treat yourself and your guest to a delicious summertime cookout using the gas grill available on the patio. Back inside, you have a well-appointed kitchen with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Additional perks include a shared outdoor shower and an on-site washer/dryer. We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s very close to the most restaurants, stores and attractions and a quick drive to the beach. The upstairs tenants were out of town so we can’t speak on the noise upstairs that most complain about but the apartment is nicely furnished and perfect size for a couple. The shower could have used a little more attention but everything else was clean. Very friendly, helpful neighbors.

The place was new, clean, and nicely decorated. Wonderful location close to the restaurants, grocery store, and convenient access to the beach. We took advantage of the fresh seafood, sold at the nearby dock, to cook at home. We stayed for 6 nights, and were happy with our accommodations!

Good cozy vibes and only minutes from all the local restaurants and beaches. The upstairs neighbors may be a little heavy footed at times, but it’s no big deal. Clean and friendly. Wonderful stay!

This was by far the best experience we have had yet with a weekend getaway retreat. The Ferry House offered incredible cleanliness with modern appliances and super comfy bed. “Super Cute” is how my Queen described the Ferry House and I was blown away with how well decorated and the “at home” vibes from the first step in to the last step out. I highly recommend this location as it was perfect for anyone looking to relax near the ocean but also not be overwhelmed with crowds. To the owners - well done and thank you for creating such a welcoming atmosphere!!

We had such a great time at this place! The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet, tree-lined area but still very close to the beach and the Intracoastal. We loved being so close to great restaurants and grocery stores, and the quick drive to the beach made it easy to spend time by the ocean. I highy recommend the resturants SmacNalley's (30 seconds away from the property) and Eggs up. The house itself was beautifully updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The living room was cozy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the outdoor space was a great bonus. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved the keyless entry and private entrance. You can tell the owners really though of every detail making our trip so special. The owner was very accommodating and flexible, which made our stay even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

The place itself was excellent. Clean, tidy and perfect for a couple getting away for the weekend. Close to Holden beach and restaurants. Some plumbing problems but hopefully the owner will repair.

Clean, comfortable, near Food Lion, Provision, beach , shrimp off the boats and a massage therapist. The Kitchen prepared to cook, washer and dryer great for towels, watched a movie and did not use my own Netflex. We slept in one morning and only heard prior to sleeping, but not anything to worry about. Bathroom cleaned and the decorating was peaceful, great pictures and comfy for two.

My best friend and I stayed at the Ferry House lower level rental while visiting family in Holden beach. This quant one bedroom rental was a hidden gem. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach, shopping and in a low traffic area. It was a beautifully built, and well designed layout was perfect for two people with a modern style that was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I would highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking to just get away. Our mini vacation could not have been any better. Loved everything about this place.

I loved the location of this beautiful new one bedroom apartment rental!! So close & easy to cross over the bridge to Holden Beach! Beautiful “hideaway“ apartment surrounded by so many trees, it almost doesn’t feel like you’re at the beach, but drive just a mile and a half, and you’re over the bridge to Holden Beach Island!! Very nice designer touches & loved the ceiling fans in the living space and bedroom! The whole apartment is so new, clean and very charming & welcoming, like a little hideaway from Holden Beach!! I enjoyed my days on the beach and then having a wonderful place to stay and relax in at night! I would definitely recommend! Especially if you’re looking for the elusive place to stay near Holden Beach!!
