Sit down for alfresco meals at the picnic table with the canal as your backdrop. Two more covered decks are in front of the house, with spectacular beach views from the top floor. There's also a dock for family fishing or small boats, an outdoor swing overlooking the canal, a large outdoor shower with a detachable head (great for washing your dog), and plenty of storage for your beach toys. The updated interior features an inviting open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the canal. Gather in the bright living area to plan your next adventures or watch an entertaining show on TV. The kitchen offers bright white cabinets, a breakfast bar, a pantry, and all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces with your family and friends. There's a bedroom on the first floor that opens to the front deck with a smart TV for added entertainment. The other two bedrooms, each with a smart TV, are on the second level and open to a deck with ocean views. If you're bringing the family dog, this home provides bowls, toys, a leash, even a patio bed for your dog. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Our family vacationed at Rosie's Rendezvous. We loved the home. It was spacious for our family of seven and our dog. It was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. My only recommendation would be updated couches for the living room. The beds were very comfortable and they leave you plenty of towels. The bathrooms are tiny but you have a great outdoor shower which was great. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. You are just a short walk away to the beautiful beach. Location was spectacular. My family would love to come back again!

The house was very clean and well kept. Our family enjoyed the location of the home. Short walk to the nearest beach ramp. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and sitting on all the porches at night. We can’t wait to visit again!

I would recommend this property, close enough to be the beach to be accessible, but not crowded like the front row properties. Plenty of space for our small group of four, though beds were a little small for the taller amongst us.

Very convenient location not too far down the island. You can see and hear the ocean from the top balcony and have a great covered porch facing the canal. Clean home and worked well for our party of five. Castaways and mermaids is a short golf cart ride away. And if you have a boat then a boat ride to Provisions makes for a memorable experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice home, close beach access. Very nice open living / dining area. The bedrooms worked perfect for our kids and grand kids upstairs and us downstairs. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Will bring our dog next time.

The back porch overlooking the canal was cozy and inviting. The house is clean and well decorated with stylish farmhouse furnishings. It was just the right size for the five of us— four adults and one child—and our little dog. I’m not sure how well it would serve a larger family because the kitchen and bathrooms are very compact, but it was fine for us. The location is great— the beach access is at 357.5 OBW and is just across the street. We would definitely stay at Rosie’s Rendezvous again.

We had the best stay at Rosie's! THANK YOU! Beach is just a short walk from the house which was very convenient when we needed to use the bathroom etc.. One of our favorite things was fishing in the back yard. It was so beautiful and peaceful. The house was very comfortable and felt like home. My mother came up from Charleston for a few days to visit and loved the house as well. Rosie's now holds a very special place in my heart.. We made a lot of great memories at this home and I couldn't imagine making those memories at any other house in Holden beach. I highly recommend this property and we absolutely will be choosing Rosie's if we return to Holden Beach. 10/10 stars.

This was our first time at Holden Beach and we had a great stay at Rosie's Rendezvous. We had plenty of space for our family. The house is welcoming and very comfortable, both inside and out. We all really enjoyed the outdoor space, with both the upstairs porch and the swing on the lower level, looking out at the canal. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the outdoor shower made it easy to get everyone cleaned up after a day full of sand.

Nice home offered early check in that was nice appreciated that. Responded fast to couple issues we had. Bathrooms are very tiny and there is no bathroom connected to the master suite, kitchen counter space for meal prep. Nice deck space enjoyed sitting out there a suggestion would be to add fans. We had a nice time and enjoyed our visit. We rented a boat and did some fishing and saw 5 dolphins 🐬 which was the highlight. Found nice shells and shark towers. We would stay in home again and recommend home. Yard has the sticker spurs and got in our dog paw and our foot., so don't walk barefoot. Thank you for sharing home.

This was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. Location to beach access was close and neighbors were great. Lumberton St was very quiet and our kids enjoyed riding bikes with all the other kids and never had a concern.

Beautifully decorated with fresh colors. This home has a great floor plan and easily accommodated the 5 of us. The furniture and beds are very comfortable and there are nice touches, such as hangers (a bonus for me) and a coffee bar offering both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. The kitchen is well-stocked, and even had a blender. The front and back porches provide ample places to relax, along with a porch swing below. Of note, the bathrooms are small and the water pressure is weak in the showers but the close proximity to the beach and the many other wonderful features more than compensate. (Though I hope the water pressure improves as we would like to come back.) Overall wonderful place!!

Short walk to the beach. Beautifully decorated & cleanly house with a dock to fish, outdoor shower to clean off the beach sand, and great proximity to the community basketball courts, sound-side park, & ice cream/ restaurants.

Our family vacationed at Rosie's Rendezvous. We loved the home. It was spacious for our family of seven and our dog. It was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed.
