Very short walk to the beach and right on the intercostal. It was so nice to sit on the screen porch and watch boats go by. Cute house that had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic time at the house. It is right on the waterway and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is well equipped and clean. We are coming back again soon!

The views of the water are great. I loved everything about this house. I am use to having a TV in the bed room but i really didn’t miss it.

I love the immediate access to the sound, and that the beach is only a few blocks away! Modern, cozy style inside, the endless deck is gorgeous. Plenty of kitchen accessories, and plenty of space for our family!

The house was great, but view was outstanding on the inter coastal waterway. The screened in deck was an extra bonus. We loved that the beds were already set with clean sheets. Kitchen was fully stocked.

Cute house on the ICW with beautiful views. We sat on the back deck and watched boats, birds and even dolphin go by while sipping our morning coffee. We fished from the pier in the back yard and enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. It's a bonus that the house is dog friendly as our dog loved sitting right with us to take in the views, as well. Inside, the home is spacious enough for the family to have their own spaces to spread out. The kitchen is nicely equipped with all the essentials we needed.
