Get ready for a breezy vacation at this second-floor, dog-friendly condo! Enjoy access to incredible community amenities, including an outdoor pool, a tennis court, and private beach access directly across the street. Second-row views of the ocean can be seen from your private balcony, which has been furnished with an outdoor dining area for meals alfresco. Spend lazy evenings watching your favorite movies in the living area while the chef of the group treats everyone to delicious snacks or full-course meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, so cooking time should definitely be a breeze. There is even a stainless steel dishwasher to make post-meal clean up fast and simple. The dining table seats four people comfortably, which is perfect for more formal family meals. CAPTAIN'S VILLAS AMENITIES -Outdoor pool -Tennis court -Private beach access THINGS TO KNOW The pool is available for use between May to October only per HOA. Pool heat is not available.

If you need to take a deep breath and just stare at the ocean this is your place. Large deck with comfy furniture and table outside. Perfect spot coffee and wine. We even enjoyed the moon and stars. Quiet location and felt safe. The board walk to the water was brand new.

You can sit in the living room or on the balcony and enjoy the ocean, spend the day on the beach (Beach access is directly across the street) or lounge around the shaded pool. There is plenty of green space for you pup and if your lucky you will get to see rabbits and deer enjoying it as well. Each condo has a covered sitting area at the front door. Even more, 6Bs is gated. I was able to exit the front door without having to worry my dog might get out as we kept the gate closed. This was a great area to store beach treasures, shoes, and to hang towels to dry. Before you come upstairs there is a shower and hose to rinse things off. 6B is outfitted with four TVs all with Roku tv which is great for background noise late at night. Kitchen was perfect, had everything we needed. Each bedroom closet had organization and hangers. I would have normally lived out of my bag, but I happily sorted my things in the shelves and hung my dresses/tops. AC worked great, as well as the ceiling fans. My dog was grateful for the cool floors as she worked the 9-5 shift inside each day. You can’t have those perfect doggy dreams in a warm home and 6b stayed perfectly cool. Living room was outfitted with couch, loveseat, recliner, and small chair. Floors were new pvc with a nice rug in the living room. All furniture was appropriate sized for the quaint space. It was also appropriately accessorized with a beach theme which we loved. Balcony had a table for four, a lovely rocking chair, and a lounger. We had our morning coffee and evening drinks there every day. We loved our visit (3 adults/1 best friend (pup)) and are already looking at dates in September to return.

If you're looking for a clean and quiet place to stay at the beach, look no further. This is it! From the location to the amenities this place has to offer ended up being the perfect place for my wife and I along with our fur baby. We would love and look forward to possibly staying here again.

View was awesome, quite area, enough room for 4. It was clean. Had an issue with entry code but customer support had it straightened out in just a few minutes! Would rent again.

This is a great place to stay - so close to the beach! The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy, and the house comes with basically everything you need. The biggest perk of course is the easy beach access (and a truly lovely beach at that). Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful ocean views! Private beach access! Clean and relaxing living area! Phenomenal Wi-Fi!! I would not only recommend, but encourage people to enjoy the week here. It really is a wonderful and peaceful getaway for family and friends!

This is a such a great place! Plenty of room for several people! Two sitting rooms, spacious kitchen area and wonderful balcony! Easy parking and beach access. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Captain's Villa 6-B. The place was very clean and pictures are true to form. I was especially excited that the kitchen was well stocked with more pots, pans, and dishes than I have ever encountered in a rental. I also liked the radiant range oven and the fact that we had both a kuerig and a standard coffee pot based on our own preference. We loved the balcony that has been newly renovated. The sunrise and sunset view was spectacular. We had a full view of the ocean just across the way and a private walk to the beach completely dedicated to the Captain's villa. We had breakfast outside multiple mornings. I particularly loved the lounger with ottoman as it was just perfect for a lazy reading spot. At night, we had adequate space to play games and entertain ourselves while my husband watched the ongoing March Madness basketball tournament on the secondary living room space. He appreciated the space to get away from the noise of our family game night to watch the games. We also had plenty of cabinet space to put our pantry items and a clean frig and freezer for use as well. Both bathrooms were very clean with plenty of room to move around. The bathrooms were also stocked with plenty of toiletries for the long weekend. One of the nights we even unexpectedly saw deer grazing on the property. Such a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Just wanted we needed to wind down and relax. We will definitely recommend and hopefully be able to stay again in the upcoming summer months.

Perfect location just steps away from the beach, with it’s own private access. While we had some challenges on the front end of the trip with Hurricane Ian, once we arrived, we had an awesome time and very comfortable stay while at Captain’s Village.
