It's time for some sunshine at this bright beach cottage. This dog friendly property allows one dog maximum with a 50 lb weight limit. Just a five-minute walk from the sandy shore. Step out your front door to your sunny deck with a cup of coffee in the morning and take a seat in one of your rocking chairs. No rush – you're on vacation. Keep breakfast prep simple when everyone wakes up, and eat together at the dining table for eight. Or, dine alfresco downstairs at your picnic tables on the patio. If you're looking to cook up something hearty, no problem – the well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances, counter space, and all the gadgets you need. Once everyone's fed and ready, head off to the beach. With such a convenient location, it's easy to run back and forth to the house for lunch or if a little one needs a mid-day nap. After a full day of fun, come home, wash off the sand in your outdoor shower, and get cozy. Flip on the flatscreen or grab one of the many games available to spend a little more together time. At the end of the night, grab a frosty beverage and head back out onto that deck for a little rocking chair time under the stars. We liked everything about our stay. The location was perfect, and the house size was just right for our party of four adults, two children, and a pup. Everything was spotless, and fresh sheets, towels, and toiletries were provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making meals easy and convenient. This house was so close to public beach access which was great! We loved the area of the island where the house was located. The house is clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great stay over a long weekend. Our daughter and a friend were supposed to join but couldn’t make it so we had more than enough room. The house was very clean and basics were included. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Beach access was an easy walk. We would stay here again. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at Holden onto Sunshine. The house was so clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach which made it convenient. It was so nice to have an outside shower to wash the sand off before entering the home. We enjoyed to picnic tables and Adirondack chairs in the area under the house. It was nice because we were in the shade. We celebrated a birthday and it was the perfect place to stay. There were 5 in our group. We couldn’t believe that dogs were welcome but you would never know because it is kept so clean. We all give Holden onto Sunshine 5 stars. Thank you for making our weekend memorable.

We visited for Thanksgiving and were very please to find the kitchen so well stocked. We did not have to worry about bringing any items from home, they even had dishes for our small child. Home was beautiful and just right for our stay, short walk to the beach. We would definitely rent this property again.

Holden Onto Sunshine was a perfect house for our group. The amenities were perfect with lots of towels and fresh linens already on the beds. We enjoyed hanging out on the deck and underneath the house. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house considering you allow dogs and our pooch loved the vacation as well.

I really enjoyed our stay. This house has all the amenities you need and is dog friendly. Good value too. My frenchies loved being there. Next time we will stay an entire week. The beach is a short walk away.
