Admire panoramic ocean views from nearly every room, including an enormous kitchen outfitted with a huge center island, gas range, double oven, two dishwashers, commercial ice-maker, and fridge/freezer, as well as a bonus fridge/freezer in the walk-in pantry. An ornate chandelier illuminates the 10-seat dining table, while the adjacent living room is anchored by a fireplace and large TV. A second living room awaits on the lower level where a pool table and TV with a soundbar are backdropped by the large deck and pool. The discovery of a wet bar near the billiards table invites thoughts of delicious drinks while lining up your next shot. Enjoy two luxurious suites with private balconies, four guest bedrooms, and a kid's bunk room with convenient USB ports beside each bed. All of the rooms have 4K HD TVs and an en suite bathroom with a uniquely designed two-person walk-in shower. Wall-to-wall windows allow the elegant interior spaces to extend effortlessly to the outdoor landscape. The massive 20-foot by 44-foot top-floor deck offers abundant seating including a sectional lounge area, Adirondack chairs, and chaise loungers for soaking up the sunshine. Experience ultimate relaxation in your beach zero-entry pool (six feet in depth) and a 12-person spillover spa. The pool is complete with a sunbathing ledge, while the enclosed shower and a separate bathroom add convenience to the pool deck. Make use of the outdoor kitchen and host a family cookout. The space is fitted with a grill and broiler, mini-fridge, sink, and an eight-seat bar. Find more covered seating at two, four-person tables and a large outdoor sofa. Just beyond the pool gate, you'll find a private walkway leading to the sandy beaches of Holden Beach. Commercial size washer/dryer, Beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and a cart is provided.

We had a wonderful stay at Witt’s Inn! The house was perfect for our group of 14 and was stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, pots & pans and appliances. The pool and pool area was great with the outdoor kitchen. We would definitely stay at Witt’s Inn again!

Just finished a week long vacation at Witt's End. Prior to arrival, we were contacted by the Vacasa concierge team who not only kept us apprised of move in time/process but also made key recommendations for rentals, reservations, fishing, etc. and were in regular contact throughout the week. Even offered to pick up & drop off our groceries....wow! A special thank you to Ashley for her outstanding service. As for the house, we have rented multiple homes throughout the years, many at similar price points, and this was by far the nicest, highest quality rental home we've stayed in. House is very clean and well-kept with lots of attention to detail. Very spacious for 7 adults and 4 teenagers. The house has high-end appliances, plentiful dishes/serving/pots/pans, multiple fridges/icemakers on various floors, and a great outdoor area including pool bar, grills, flat top, outdoor TV, and tons of outside seating on all levels. More than enough for each family (and teens) to seek privacy as needed. We were all pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were and quality of furniture and furnishing throughout. Did not feel like a rental at all. The amount of items/amenities that came with renting Witt's End was a pleasant surprise whereby we did not have to buy many of those items typically required at other rental properties (spices, garbage bags, soaps, shampoos, etc). There are additional beach chairs, shade covers, and boogie boards. We brought some chairs and planned to rent the rest but just used all of their beach items (chairs, skim/boogie boards, shade covers) and did not have to rent beach supplies. Pool is great, with amble seating and lounging areas. Hot tub worked but needed to be started remotely as power switch was being repaired...which was not a major deal as we just texted when we wanted it on and was turned on remotely each time. The sound system was excellent and easy to use on each level, making the pool time even that much better. The elevator was very helpful with unloading/groceries/etc. and with our guest who was recovering from surgery. The owner went out of their way to provide a high-end resort feel, including nice (and unexpected) gifts to welcome us. As a regular renter of bigger/nicer rental properties, this one exceeded our expectations and well worth the price.

This has to be one of the nicest places we have rented. Everything was clean and top notch. The pool and hot tub were a favorite. Close to the beach. We walked the beach three times a day. Kitchen and pantry were to die for. Highly recommend this home. Our family of 15 had only great memories of this home.

Just finished our 4th stay at Witt’s Inn. My family of 16 always enjoy our time spent here. The pool and hot tub continue to be a hit. The house is clean and ready for occupants. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. We look forward to when we can visit again.

I am hesitant to write a review because I would rather keep this gem of a rental to myself. The home is beautiful and filled with top of the line amenities. The common areas are huge- there is enough room for everyone in a large group to gather together everywhere! The bedrooms are very comfortable. The beds were made upon arrival. And the towels provided were extra large and soft. In addition there are two huge linen closets filled with additional bedding and towels if needed. The kitchen was stocked and cooking for large numbers was easy with the wolf appliances. There is a beautiful bar area in the great room that we loved as well. The dining area easily fit everyone so we were able to all meals together. As good as everything was, our favorite feature in this amazing house was the pool. It is huge. The Hot tub heats up faster than I thought possible. There is plenty of room in the deep end for the kids to play and a nice area for toddlers and nonswimmers to get wet- with bubblers to keep it fun. The walk to the beach is a little long but shorter than it appears in the pictures. And the area is so unpopulated that there is always plenty of room to set up in the sand without dealing with any crowds- Which also makes it easy to fish anytime. I have rented properties (medium and large) along the Carolina coast every year for 25 years now ands this one was the best. For the first time ever, I felt the owners spared no expense and truly enjoyed sharing their home with us. Our family had experienced a huge loss this year so the vacation was bitter sweet and I want to thank the owners and their team for being such gracious hosts.

Witt’s Inn is a beautiful beach house and I highly recommend it. The house is very spacious and great for a big family. The kitchen is made for a chef and well stocked. Our favorite part of the house is the outside area. The pool/hot tub and bar were enjoyed by all.

This house had everything we needed and more for our large group. The bedrooms are good size and all the many living areas are as well. The kitchen and eating area were top-notch! The huge pool and hot tub were amazing! As well as the outside bar/kitchen area! The outdoor TV was a great feature! Every square inch of this house and property are very well thought out! And, the concierge service was wonderful! We used the concierge to help stock house before we arrived; make tee times; food recommendations and also help with a car battery that died! The concierge service takes this property from great to outstanding! Our family would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen and the hot tub were the centerpoints of our stay. So the amply supplied kitchen and the big tub were just what we needed. the beach was in great condition, so that made everything. About a dozen folding beach chairs were used every day. I think also about the big TVs and the whole house sound system and the comfortable beds as important also. And the place was very clean. So everybody was happy. And having Ramon, the concierge, available on call was great, although we didn't have much reason to call him. Overall, we don't have one thing we can think of that did not please us. We recommend Witt's Inn.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The space inside and outside was beautiful and immaculate. Our eight grandkids and eight adults enjoyed the pool and the beach. The porches were ideal for relaxing & enjoying the view. The kitchen is well stocked and has space to accommodate many cooks in the kitchen at the same time.

Witt's Inn was amazing for our family vacation! Very well stocked home, especially the kitchen. Comfortable outdoor furniture on every level, made you want to be outside all the time. Roman was great to communicate with if we had any problems or questions.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary here with our children and grandchildren. The beautiful ocean views, easy beach access and pool/spa made each day a wonderful time for us to enjoy being together post CoVID. The house was fabulous. We put both the main kitchen and deck cooking area to good use with the two big refrigerators, huge freezer and two dish washers. Our kids try to outdo each other with meals and every appliance they might need was available. They also appreciated the mini refrigerators by the bar, downstairs TV area, and on lower deck. All 13 of us fit around the dining room table and on the living room couch where they watched us renew our vows, followed by dancing and singing. For me, the elevator made the week easier as did the spa whirlpool with adjustable temperatures. But mostly I loved watching the sun come up through the kitchen window and the sun set from the front porches. We loved our week at this beautiful home.

This place was amazing. We’ve stayed at large ocean front homes up and down the Carolinas, and this one was a family favorite. The decks were amazing, the pool was great…. The furniture was top notch and the beds were all super comfortable. We hope to be back next year!
