It was our first time to Holden, and this was a fab place, comfy, cozy, and a perfect fit for our family. The upstairs landing area gave our kids a place to put all of their stuff so it didn't takeover the main living room. The house was very well stocked with all the kitchen stuff we could've ever needed, and that was incredibly helpful! We'd definitely stay here again.

The house was oceanfront with very short walk to the beach. It was spacious and a perfect house for our family to enjoy all that comes with staying at Holden Beach! It wasn't crowded, lots of shells and great place to relax and fish. We would definitely recommend this home!

A very lovely beach house with an amazing location. Charming interior design and a very well equipped kitchen. The house was very clean and suitable for a family with small kids. We loved the quiet beach life and went to some sites nearby as well. I can recommend Holde Beach Massage (David & Kelley). It´s a unique kind of massage. We enjoyed every minute of this stay and when we come back to Holden Beach, we'll rent this house again.

This whole experience was wonderful. Inside and outside of the home were fresh and clean when we got there. We absolutely loved the porch and rocking chairs overlooking the ocean. My family couldn't believe how the hosts thought of our needs. From spices for cooking, to beach chairs and toys we were all set. It made for a very relaxing and amazing time for all of us. Our family loved it so much we already booked a week for next year. Practically water pressure was great. Fridge had an icemaker in the freezer. The dishwasher is better than mine. So thankful for the washer and dryer. Good sized TV with settings that worked with your stay. You sign into your streaming accounts and after checkout everything resets on their own. Beds were comfortable and clean. It was great!

Can’t say enough good things about this house!! Very clean upon arrival which was great! Kitchen was fully stocked which was great! Layout of the rooms was great! Perfect beachfront property for all ages. Easy private access to the sand and ocean. Well appointed kitchen and furnishings. Comfy beds, beautiful ocean views, and breezes to enjoy!

The house was great. It was clean and had all the supplies we needed, the location right on the water was great. We spent the days on the beach and evening on the porch listening to the waves. There are lots of restaurants nearby and if you want a day away from the beach Wilmington is close enough for an afternoon trip. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great home and nice and close to the beach. Everything we needed was included at the house, kitchen was fully furnished and shed had all beach chairs. Clean and comfy!

The house was very nice and clean. Had a lot of little things that makes cleaning sand off very easy. The porch chairs were nice, the beds were comfortable. Accommodated my family in every single way. The bar area was a huge help too. The entire house was equipped with everything you can think of. I would definitely book and stay here again.

Bare Feet Retreat is a wonderful rental house. Plenty of room, well laid out and was nice and clean when we arrived. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there, and we find the care of the house very consistent, which is important for a rental. We booked again for the same week next year.

Awesome place for family of four. Holden is a gem and the east end is quiet yet a bike ride to a couple restaurants and ice cream. House was super clean and perfect layout. All the tools required for cooking and grilling we supplied. Beds were comfy. Loved this place definitely will stay again if we can book it!

We loved the convenience of being right on the beach, the little details in the house like games, movies, kitchen utensils, etc… The beds and couches were comfortable and it was clear that updates were being made to the home. We have older teenage sons and my parents joined us for a few days. The house was perfect for time together, but also gave everyone their space as well. I would absolutely rent this home again upon return to Holden Beach!
