The Z's house is lovely and perfectly situated in front of the marsh and intercoastal waterway. Very quiet and private. Especially from the master bedroom which is awesome to wake up to such a beautiful view. We will definitely come again.

It is a beautiful home with 3 very large bedrooms upstairs and a good size bedroom on the main level. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and is well equipped. The porches were great with wonderful views of the ocean and the marsh. The back porches are very private with no houses directly to the sides of the house. Kids enjoyed the circle and private road coming ip to the house for bike riding. The gated community was quiet without alot of traffic. We plan to stay here again next year!

Great location, spacious, lots of porches not always in the sun, great furniture, lots of towels, well appointed kitchen and beautiful views from master.

Z’s place is well appointed. Everything a family of 8 needs. Well kept. Kitchen had just about everything. Access to beach very easy with four kiddos and beach cart. Loved the gates community. Very quiet. Loved having a few things like trash bags, complimentary small dishwasher and laundry pods. Mid week towel service was nice. Bring your own blankets as there are none in the house. Vacasa called twice for maintenance issues. Both times they were quick to come out with help. Loved that dining table could easily hold 8. Gas and charcoal grill! Multiple types of coffee makers. We’ll be back!
