Tranquility: The vacation of your dreams awaits at this beautifully renovated family-friendly home, featuring a sparkling pool that is completely enclosed by a privacy fence.

Sunbathe on lounge chairs between refreshing swims. Or, kick back and breathe the salty air while relaxing on two covered porches (front and rear). You'll love being located a short walk to private beach access and within easy walking distance to island restaurants, coffee shops, Holden Beach Chapel, city park, and music venue. Inside, find updated furnishings in the living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances. Enjoy a coveted open layout, complete with four bedrooms all on one floor. Four TVs, equipped with cable and/or a DVD player, provide entertainment. Central air conditioning plus heating, ceiling fans, and an enclosed outdoor shower add convenience.

THING TO KNOW:
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool heat is only available in June $85/day fee. Call the office to add pool heat.

Tranquility is our favorite place to stay at Holden. We wish we were able to go ahead and book for next year, but the calendar isn't open. Vacasa is wonderful - always quick to respond to any concerns.

We have been going to Holden Beach for 11 years. We have stayed in this house for the last two times. It is the best fit for our family. The layout is great and in a great location. Quiet street. Easy to get to the beach. Private pool. I recommend this house to everyone. I wish we could afford to have one built just like it for ourselves.

This is our favorite home to stay in at Holden Beach. It's all on one level, putting us all together easily but in separate rooms when needed. The pool is fantastic, and we typically use it more than the beach. The only down side of this home is the stairs - there is no ramp for better accessibility. A lift like the one next door would be phenomenal.

This house was absolutely perfect for our small getaway. Although the communal space is small, the outdoor space is huge. Great for relaxing by the pool.

We loved the layout of this house. The kitchen had been completely remodeled and it was beautiful. The pool was a big hit for us as well as our grandchildren. We definitely enjoyed our stay. We definitely would recommend this property without hesitation. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This is the first year I've gone to the beach and NOT actually gone to the beach! This house was perfect for the 5 of us - we each had a space and there was enough room for us to be together when we wanted it. The pool made our week, though we wish it could have been warmer. This was the mildest weather week we have ever experienced at the beach, and some of our crew wouldn't get in the water because it was too cold. We reached out to Vacasa on Sunday after checking in Saturday to inquire about the code for the pool heater, but never heard back. We also are interested in booking this home next year, but don't see availability on the calendar.

This is a great beach house! This was our second year in a row in this home. It has the best pool area of any house we have had on Holden Beach and we would have booked for a third year if it weren’t for Vacasa taking it over. We usually do the advance year reservation but Vacasa’s policy is different, they require you to pay 50% up front at the time of reservation. Needless to say, we reserved a home with Coastal for next year!

Home is great for three families with kids. Walk to the beach is short with private access is easy. Plenty of good seafood nearby, ice cream, bars. The pool is new, the decking is wood perfect for kids.....plenty of reclining chairs and grass yard....privacy fence!
