HB198 The Pour House

The house was perfect for our family with 3 kids, wife’s mother, and our two small dogs. One house back from the main beach road, with very close and easily traveled public beach access.

Home was great for our needs. Loved the outside area and easy walk to the beach. Wish there was a little more seating in the living area but it didn’t bother us as we used the dining table for meals and outdoor area for hanging out.

So enjoyed the back porch with great views. Nice fenced in back yard for pets. Short walk to the shore was convenient. Overall, enjoyable place to stay!

Loved the location, the proximity to restaurants, etc., but most of all, the ability to fish right from the backyard! We loved how dog friendly the house and yard were - our dogs loved the freedom they had!

We enjoyed staying at this home. Fantastic location, easy access to beach. Safe and quiet area. Good area for the dogs and lots of good areas for walking your dog. The house worked well for our needs. Would stay here again.

The pour house was great! Had everything you could need. 2 min walk to the beach. Nice cold AC. Super clean and the vacasa team was very accommodating. Will come back again. This will probably the house we always stay at.

It's been a while since we've been to Holden Beach; the Pour House was the perfect place for our visit. The dog-safe fenced yard and screened porch were perfect for our crew. We loved being on the waterway but also just the shortest walk to the public beach access. The neighborhood was great for walks with beautiful views around every corner. It was quite, which is what we wanted. There are a couple restaurants on the island and the grocery/ABC stores aren't far away. Fantastic stay and we hope to visit again next year!

Conveniently located, very spacious & well stocked kitchen. The best water pressure in the shower of any place we have ever stayed. Would definitely rent again.

We love the set up and being able to watch birds and fish in the canal. All of enjoyed our stay. We had some electrical issues but were addressed promptly after the holiday. Cotton electric was very professional and friendly to talk with. Thank you Pour House for another wonderful Christmas!!

The home was terrific. Close to the beach and a dock for our boat. The fenced yard was great for the dog. The kids loved crabbing and fishing from the boat dock. Everything was close by. The weather couldn’t have been better until tropical storm Ophelia came but that was the end of the 2 weeks. Would definitely rent again!

The layout of the house was perfect accommodations for the family. Excited about how close it was to the beach access. No complaints at all. Dish towels and dish wash clothes would be beneficial though. Otherwise, truly outstanding. We'll be back on a yearly basis.

We loved our stay at the Pour House! The house is so close to the beach, which is awesome even in the winter. We loved how pet friendly it is, especially the fenced in yard. We would definitely like to stay there again!

This is our 2nd year in Holden Beach, 1st stay at the Pour House. Very nice clean house. Short walk to beach. Would recommend this area/house !! The Lucas'

It’s a great house, just lacking a bit of storage space in the kitchen and bedrooms. It’s clean, functional and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s close to public access to the beach. But the star of the show is the master shower. That shower head is the gold standard of every shower head ever made. Five stars.

This home was perfectly located near the beach and had all the amenities needed. We loved having our coffee on the screened porch and my son was particularly fond of the dock where he caught a couple of fish! The fenced yard was perfect for our Aussie to enjoy himself as well.

The Pour House was just perfect for our month long vacation to celebrate my retirement. This house is well appointed with all the comforts of home, great view of the canal and close access to the beach. Definitely hope to go again next year!
