Play fun yard games on the sprawling lawn or watch the boats go by while relaxing on the furnished, screened porch. Enjoy two ground-level bedrooms and two upstairs rooms; each room has access to an en suite bathroom. The spacious layout features a coveted open design with a large center island in the kitchen and a well-appointed living room. Extras include central heating and air conditioning, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, and a DVD player. The house itself is in a great location. Being on the end means very little traffic. The dock is great for fishing and just watching the boats pass in the intercoastal waterway. It's also just a short drive from the island point which makes for a great day on the beach. We look forward to visiting again.

The main thing we enjoyed was the private dock to fish from!! Me and my fished everyday and night at least a few hours a day! Our grandson proved he was the master fisherman our first day there! He put the line in the water and fish came out. These weren’t record setting catches but we had a great time! The back porch with the waterway view made for good thunderstorm watching in the evening when one would roll through. Also allowed for some great pictures of them from start to end.

Lovely view of the ICW and easy walking distance to public beach access as well as local eateries. Enough room for six adults & two kids to enjoy each other’s company without being on top of each other.
