Description Description
Great second-row home featuring an upper and a lower covered deck with 160° open ocean views as well as easy beach access. You'll be just across the street from the ice cream shop and general store. The light and bright interior is nicely decorated with coastal-chic furnishings throughout. Unwind in the living room while enjoying an ocean view, or watch TV in the upstairs den. Get cooking in the spacious kitchen (for more than one chef) with plenty of utensils to make you feel like you are in your own habitat. However, this time, including majestic ocean views! Serve special home-cooked meals at the large dining table so everyone can face the ocean and enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are two bedrooms on the main level; two upstairs bedrooms each have access to the upper, covered porch - ideal for relaxing and watching the sunrises and sunsets with your love each day. Dine alfresco at a picnic area located beneath the property. An outdoor sand shower is great for rinsing off after a cool, evening walk on the beach and a washer/dryer adds convenience. The house is located across the street from Holden Pier, both covered balconies have water views over the building at the pier so you feel like you are water front. The house is a good size with room for upto 10 people. There is a long dining table that will sit 10 people comfortably with 2 living spaces (one of each floor). Loved the location and the house was great. I would stay again.

We like Shiloh by the Sea for both location and price. It's a nice house and has ample room as well in a convenient location for beach access.

Great house and very spacoius. Big kitchen with everything we needed to make homemade meals. Vacasa is easy to work with and very helpful. We didnt have any problems, but Im sure they would be there if anything happened. Will definitely come back in the near future!

Roomy, not too much clutter. Great view of beach for second row. Easy access to beach. Clean but could use some paint. Easy care floors. Needs light over stove.

It was our first trip to Holden and we came for sea biscuits!! Location was wonderful because we were right across from pier and could get there at 4:30 in the morning if we wanted 😊

The house was the prefect size, clean, close to the beach. The only negative thing was the painters next door, rattling their extension ladders at 7:30am on Saturday morning. Which was no fault to the house rental. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location to the beach or inlet . And stores are just a close walk away. Interior clean and accommodating with lots of room . Outside could use a little TLC.

This is a very nice home with great views of the ocean and short walking distance to beach access. We really enjoyed our stay.
