Description

It's as unique on the inside as it is on the outside! This house has all new furnishings, new mattresses, a new smart TV with cable, a new DVD player, and a washer/dryer. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a new microwave. The house also includes free WiFi, a large furnished oceanfront open porch, and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. A small dog under 20 lbs is allowed.

This was our 3rd time staying here - we love this little home! It is so cozy and perfect for two. We love the vintage vibes and decor, and it is so convenient for beach days! Love it!!

The cabin meant our needs, a short walk to the beach and having a washer and dryer on site was so nice. The kitchen has the basic things needed to cook as far as pots and pans. It is a great place for 2 people.

A perfect little getaway retreat for our family of 4, with a 10 year old and a 4 year old. It had everything we needed, and was steps away from the public beach access. The space was clean and tidy when we arrived. It was a little cramped at times, but there is actually a great use of the space. The porch was nice to get the sea breeze and hear the waves. Our kids loved the loft, and the steps were easier to traverse than we expected. Great for a small, young family that wants to be beachfront for an affordable price.

My family, and I loved this cozy little beach cottage. We knew it was small, but I feel like the house was laid out great. The beds and couch were comfortable, and it was also very clean. We will definitely return.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and needless to say we absolutely love it! This home’s is so cozy and unique and I am honestly sad to leave it when the trip is over. I feel so comfortable there and it is truly becoming one of my “happy places.” It is quaint, clean, and charming. I will definitely be booking this home again in the future!

This was an adorable tiny home by the ocean. It was very clean and did not smell of pets. The cleanliness was a concern of ours after reading some of the reviews. Seeing how it is "pet friendly", we were pleasantly surprised with its good condition as a beach rental. Please note you can only see the ocean through an upstairs window, but there were many interesting items in the home to keep your attention. I thought it had an eclectic charm and the location was excellent. The washing machine and dryer are a must have when staying at the beach during any season. I would definitely stay here again. However, my husband will probably not join me again at this location because he was too tall for the double bed sleeping arrangements. Other than that we both enjoyed this tiny home and all of the older beach house charm it provided.

Anchors Holding was the perfect size for my daughter and I. It is small however, it is very cozy, charming and perfect for a couple of people. Has everything you need, location is awesome. We would gladly stay again! Thanks Anchors Holding, we had a wonderful stay!

This tiny A frame is absolutely charming! My 13 year old son and I spent a wonderful long weekend at this home. The ladder is a bit cumbersome at first but worth the effort. The home is perfectly stocked and the beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed the home and surrounding areas. 10 out of 10!

This is a great little place to stay for 1-3 people! It had everything we needed for 5 full days. You cannot actually see the beach from the back deck but you can hear it and the boardwalk to the beach is right next to the gate. We had a wonderful stay here and would come again!

This cute little A frame provided a wonderful respite from everyday life! The decor is clean, beautiful and comfortable! We brought items like salt, pepper, towels and sheets with us but ended up not needing them because they were included with the house. It is important to know that you cannot see the ocean from the front porch of the house even though it is beach front.

I’ve wanted to rent Anchor’s Holding since the first time I saw it 10 years ago. It was the perfect size for my husband, grown son and I. The decor is very eclectic and perfect for the property. We found it to be very clean. I would recommend it for no more than 3 people.

This place was absolutely perfect for a couples getaway or a girls weekend. If you are coming for the beautiful sprawling beaches there is a super convenient beach access right next to back door. I will be staying here again!!

We loved the location of the house next to the dunes. The house was well-equipped with bath towels, kitchenware, etc. The bathroom is small but very functional. The decor is artsy, coastal and unique! I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again!

As advertised, this home is perfect for a couple or two adults and 1 child. Note that the stairs going to the bedroom upstairs is steep. Being elderly, I preferred staying downstairs. The house was Clean and well equipped. Right next to a beach access, it is easy to get to the beach. located on the east end of Holden, it was quiet and less populated this time of year. Worked great for our 4 day get-a-way.

After 50 years of vacationing, I am convinced that Anchor's Holding on the ocean front in Holden Beach, NC is one of the cutest little houses on the planet. My wife and I absolutely enjoyed everything about our week at the beach. I would recommend Anchor's Holding for any honeymooning couple or small family of 4 to enjoy memories for a lifetime. A perfect little getaway retreat for our family of 4, with a 10 year old and a 4 year old. It had everything we needed, and was steps away from the public beach access.
