Sip morning coffee on one of the many rockers lining the screened porch overlooking the serene sunrise. Thoughtfully upgraded, this property presents all-new flooring throughout as well as updated living room furniture. Built for entertaining, the open interior boasts a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, a six-seat dining table, and a comfortable living room with a cable TV. Extra perks include central heating air conditioning, a washer/dryer, plus new mattresses and cable TV in each bedroom. THINGS TO KNOW Three outdoor showers (two enclosed with hot and cold water plus dressing area). A ping pong table and cornhole boards are available. The fireplace is not operational.

The house was immaculate, wonderful views, well stocked with everyday stuff and beach items. We stayed 5 nights and felt at home from beginning to end. Respectful neighbors and locals. Great for families. Had a great time. As for Vacasa,…THE most professional business people I’ve had the pleasure to do business with. Very responsive and helpful on two separate, my fault, issues. Other similar businesses should take notes from them. They’ll be around as long as they choose to be. It’ll be a pleasure doing business again in the future

This is the most "stocked" house we have rented as far as supplies. The layout is really great and we loved having our girls (dogs) with us. They have done a wonderful job making the home welcoming and covering all bases. Plenty of linens and towels too! We will definitely come back. Great job Sea Lavender!!!

This was a late rental, but we were very happy. Unfortunately, with the tropical storm approaching we left in haste and forgot to pack a lot of great beers and imported wine from Italy. I hope the people following us enjoy it.

My husband and I wanted to take a beach trip for our anniversary that was peaceful and relaxing. This home was perfect. Great location and this house had everything we needed and more. We particularly loved the screened in porch overlooking the ocean.

The house was well furnished. Open concept provided a large common space. The bedrooms are larger than a lot of the houses we have been to, you don’t feel cramped into just a room with a bed. There were plenty of games and puzzles to entertain the kids. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here! This was our first beach vacation staying in a home directly on the beach, what a treat! As soon as we opened the door, we knew we were on vacation! The home is clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. It is cozy and welcoming. The layout is great, four bedrooms each with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The greatest feature of the house, of course, is the screened-in patio with rocking chairs and an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed evenings on the patio with the sun setting and waves crashing in the background. The beach was not crowded at all, which was enjoyable. We can’t wait to go back!

Great house! My daughter and I planned a last minute Thanksgiving at the beach. This house had everything needed to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner! The best part was our dogs were welcome. You literally do not have to bring anything. This house has thought of it all down to beach hats and shoes! The beach is perfect especially if you don't like a crowd. Beautiful island. I especially loved the Christmas decoration lights along the main road.

Perfect spot on the beach! Well equipped home, dog friendly (even came with dog bowls :)), great AC, ceiling fans and wifi. Will definitely stay again.

Kitchen extremely equipped. Very nice rooms. New beds. Very nice location and beach access. I’ve rented beach houses for ten years on Holden Beach and this is the first time the linens were put on beds by staff prior to our arrival. We did not have to put on the bed linens ourselves. Outstanding! Also, the first time bath towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels were provided. Outstanding Again! We had a wonderful time!

We have stayed here before the house is great! It was very clean when we came inside. My only complaint was we all ended up with like flea bites or something on us! but the house didn’t say animal friendly!! So idk.
