Everything about this beach house was just perfect! There were 8 adults and 2 kids who got together for a fun filled family Labor Day trip. Everything about this house was perfect for us!!!

We were immediately attracted to the decorations in the home. The colors were beachy and warm. Very comfortable, bed was comfortable as well. The kitchen has just about anything you would need to cook with! I liked the fact that even though we were not right on the beach, we were able to walk one block to get there. This is a place we would come back to again ❤️

I would highly recommend this house. It's in a great location, on a quiet street, just minutes walk from the beach. House itself has everything we could think off - kitchen stocked with everything you may need, beautifully furnished, comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there this Easter weekend and we hope to be back!

Sea Haven Too was a beautiful and cozy property. It was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. I love that we were able to bring our fur babies also. I highly recommend this property.

This home was absolutely perfect. It's decorated nicely, it was so cozy, and it had everything we needed. We very much felt at home. I was really impressed at how clean it was. It's a very short, easy walk to the beach - takes maybe 3 minutes. We loved all the balconies and enjoyed watching deer in the backyard in the mornings. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better place! This will be my go-to rental for future trips to Holden Beach!

Very clean. Very convenient location for us as we had another house on East Ocean Blvd 1.5miles away. Well supplied with basic necessities so we didn’t have to rush off to the store upon arrival and a very nice touch that The beds were already made for us and they were comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the Intercoastal from the “master bedroom”. Definitely recommend staying here.

This home was perfectly located with upper balconies that gave a front view of the ocean and a back view of the intercoastal waterway. Each bedroom had its own balcony which was great and each balcony had chairs, tables, and a wall outlet. The main level also had front and back balconies that didn't give a water view but was fine getting to see all the people walking or jogging by in the front or just enjoying peace and quiet in the back. The home had everything you need for a 7 day stay for 4 people. The home was perfectly located needing an exactly 2 minute walk to the beach. It was funny watching people walk from a long ways down the road and then just popping down the step and walking 1 block to the sand. We appreciated the pet accommodations, they even had bowls for our dog. Normally I have a list of cons, there were none. That is amazing to say the least, and Vacassa even called an hour after we checked in to see if all was ok in case there was a problem. We experienced zero the whole trip Loved it!!!

Great place, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and ice cream. Off the main road, not a very busy street, beautiful views from the top floor balconies. This was our second stay and we plan to come back for a third!

We were only three, but the max occupancy of 6 is perfect. The living room sits 6 comfortably, two couches, two sitting chairs with ottomans. Views of the ocean from 2 bedrooms and views of the waterway from the third were perfect. The first level decks were perfect for hanging out while cooking dinner. The back yard was well manicured and I wish we were staying longer in order to utilize the fire pit. You can walk to multiple restaurants. This was a perfect little getaway. We will be back!!!

The home was very clean and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed games at the table each evening and coffee on the comfy sofa & chairs each morning. The porch out back was great for cocktails and relaxing in the evening overlooking the canal . The home was tastefully decorated without so much "beachy" decor.

We enjoyed our stay here this week. Great layout and nicely decorated. Plenty of seating too! Kitchen was decently equipped which is always a plus. Main bedroom has an awesome view of the waterway. The street is fairly quiet too which is ideal for children and pets.

I would like to say this place sucked so it will always be available for when I want to go back. But it didn’t. Loved this house. I will definitely be back. Good location- quick walk to beach access. Loved the fire pit. Ocean view AND intracoastal view from the front and back porches. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and bedding. Great house.

Spacious house with open living, dining and kitchen. Beautifully beach decorated. Perfect for my family! Steps up to bedrooms are wood and a little slippy for the dogs but they figured it out. We booked again for next year! It was a great vacation for the entire family!
