This home is a fantastic location for easy access to the beach. It is directly across from the beach access making back and forth with kids very easy. The home was great for our three families with children. Downside to the home is that it doesn’t have any outdoor “yard space” for kids to play. The outdoor areas could also use some TLC but overall would definitely recommend!

This home is located on the second row but is straight across from a beach access. Rocking chairs on the front porch are great for morning coffee. Comfortable living furniture and a well-appointed kitchen. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and would stay again.

Ocean is a three minute walk. Great layout of the house. Interior is nice, awesome kitchen and great appliances.

This house was perfect for our family during Thanksgiving. We had five adults and three children. The bedroom layout is perfect - two masters - one on the main and one on the second level. The house is directly across from beach access which makes it super easy to go back and forth if needed. Kitchen was well stocked; bathrooms were well stocked. All around, great! Thank you to the owners and Vacasa for making this super easy.

We stayed at the Sea Cloud with our 6 kiddos and we really enjoyed it. There was a ton of space, my kids loved the bunk room and there were plenty of balconies to sit and relax on. Plenty of towels, they had some beach stuff you can borrow, complimentary dishwasher pods and toilet paper/paper towels but bring more just in case. There were a couple of small things and we messaged Vacasa and they called or text us back immediately and resolved any issues. It was wonderful and Holden Beach is beautiful!

This home was absolutely lovely! We had so much room for the whole family to stay, it was nice and clean, and it was so nice being right next to the public wall way to get to the beach! The children loved it and we can’t wait to stay again!

Fantastic location especially for families with small children. We rented a beach cart and easily made the walk down the beach access each day. The beach access is all wood so no heavy pulling over sand. The house was beautiful decorated and furnished with a peaceful, clean, and minimal feel. All the furniture was comfortable and good quality. There was plenty of room for our 11 guests. The outdoor areas were nice and the view and sounds of the ocean were a delight. To improve I would suggest more comfortable mattresses and fixing up the outdoor porches as they had some rusting nails and needed a good sanding. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely book again!

The house was very clean, well stocked and in a perfect location. Seriously, it had all the comforts of home. One recommendation would be to add full length mirrors. That was the only negative and it really isn’t a negative. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was located right across from a public beach access (only 2 public parking places), which made it very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked for easy meals. The beds were comfortable. A very nice stay.

My family and I stayed last week and really enjoyed Sea Cloud. Home is great and provided everything we needed. Beach access is so close. Could not have asked for a better vacation.

We absolutely loved this home. It was very quite at night and the beach access was right across the street. This place had everything that we needed and very clean upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay…so convenient with beach access directly across the road. It was warm during the day and chilly at night—great HVAC system that kept up with us switching from cool to heat each day. Super hot water and great water pressure. Linens and towels were provided, house was very clean, toilet paper, paper towels, and even dish soap was provided! Home had very nice enclosed stairwell that made unloading and loading vehicles so much easier. Roomy back deck, comfy beds, and really well-stocked kitchen. We would most definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. Looking forward to coming back next year. The house was nicely furnished. Located right across the street from the beach access. The only thing the house could use is more butter knives. There were only four. The rest of the utensils were well stocked.
