A bonus TV room upstairs is furnished with a corner sectional. After a fun-filled day, retreat to the luxurious primary bedroom, detailed with a desk workspace, TV, and access to a balcony with rockers and a glimpse of the ocean. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity, standalone shower, and luxurious soaking tub. Another upstairs bedroom has a TV and balcony access. Pack lightly; your vacation rental has a washer/dryer. This is the perfect house for our family with the two big rooms on both floors. Nice gathering place on ground level. Elevator helped tremendously. I would definitely recommend this to a friend

We love the low-key atmosphere of Holden Beach. This is a great location with the marsh behind, allows for views on both sides of the house and a more private setting. The bedroom set-up suited us perfectly since the youngest in our group is in their 20’s and over being assigned to bunk beds! Appreciated the amount of contact, checking in on our experience from Vacasa.

The layout was perfect, plenty of space for everyone, lots of common space for hanging out, great location- just a few houses down from beach access, quiet and clean.

The house was very roomy with enough space to accommodate our group of 6. The porches are great. The elevator was very helpful to bring up luggage. The private beach access is very close to the house.

This house was perfect for us. Spacious and airy and light inside, large rooms, excellent kitchen, amazing walkable location to the beach, at an up crowded part of the island that’s just two house-rows deep. Some issues between the original rental agency (whose local service was excellent) and the Vacasa takeover (which is lacking) but that didn’t affect the home itself at all. Lovely rental.

This home has a well thought out, open floor plan and was beautifully appointed! Very nicely renovated and decorated. Loved the view off the deck in the back of the home of the marsh! There are 2 nice decks on the front of the home as well. Loved that here was easy access to the beach, very quick walk!
