Peruse the bookshelves and curl up on the sectional with a good book, or watch shows on the cable TV. A well-equipped kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and a corner seating nook. Gather at the 12-seat dining table and make a toast to unforgettable beach vacations. Wake up to ocean views in the primary bedroom, complete with a desk and shared access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Another ocean-view bedroom features shared access to a bathroom with a standalone shower. Two well-appointed guest rooms also offer shared bathroom access. Central heating and air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout add a layer of comfort to your stay. Beautiful home right on the beach! Amenities as described. Great selection of books for beach reading? We did not use the downstairs area but will definitely keep this house in mind if we have a larger group.

This is our 5th year. Unfortunately fully booked next year. Best feature is the deck 100 steps from beach. My husband parks there and is happy.💙💙💙💙💙

Just loved this location. We were so close to the beach and all shopping, eateries, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, ocean at the front door; what's not to love? We are repeat renters and are booked for next year as well. This home is far enough west to be out of the day traffic and is the are is more private. We love the veey ample seating and dining areas, but the best part is that the spacious deck holds our family of 12 with space left over. The separate downstairs offers privacy and quiet for the luttle ones to nap or sleep. THE BEST!

We totally love the beach view...hubby parks on the deck for the week. The number of bathrooms is a real plus when you have 12 people. Sandwitch is always clean and ready. Parking area is spacious. It is just perfect.❤❤❤❤❤

Very clean upon arrival. Easily accommodated our family of 9. Sitting on shaded deck watching the ocean was so relaxing. Vacasa personnel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Had small issues with deck chairs and a door latch and they were dealt with super fast. Will definitely book with Vacasa in the future!

Beautiful home. Amazing beach front for a backyard. You never really know when you book online but this beauty did not disappoint! Its hard to find accommodations for party of 8. So grateful we found Sandwitch! Made lots of happy memories!

The Sandwitch in Holden Beach, NC, has been our family vacation home for about 20 years. With 6 bedrooms and a big dining table it accommodates our multi-generational family comfortably. I (at age 92) spend most of my time on the large covered porch listening to the waves and watching the pelicans fish. Younger family members enjoy time on the beach and in the surf. Great place for a family vacation!!

The size of the home was really great for our family of 6. We didn't really use the lower level at all, but it was nice to have. The kitchen is way bigger than the photos let on, which was great. The weather was perfect, the beach was perfect, the deck is a really great size. We rented bikes and just rode, played, ate, and enjoyed ourselves the whole week. I would definitely book this place again!

Six bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths were great for our 4-generation group. The kids loved the quick beach access and us old folks enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and watching the pelicans fish. We have been vacationing in the SandWitch for about 20 years and have loved every minute!

This home is perfect for our family. My husband loves to sit on the covered deck and watch the waves. There is plenty of room for my whole family. We love it.
