Enjoy the spectacular beach views from the two oceanfront, covered porches of this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath house. This home underwent extensive renovations in 2025 & 2026 including new kitchen, all 5 bathrooms, all flooring, ceiling fans & lighting, furnishings, including a custom dining table that seats 10 people, 65” TV in living room and TVs in all four bedrooms! There are two bedrooms located on the first floor, each featuring a queen- and a twin-size bed. The second floor offers two more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Both open onto the upper-level oceanfront covered porch. The primary bedroom includes a sitting area with a queen pull-out sofa. All four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs den offers a getaway spot with a desk area, lots of games, puzzles & books, and a comfy “chair and a half” with ottoman that also converts to a single pull-out bed. The beach is just steps away using the private walkway from the porch. After a day on the beach, wash off the salt and sand in the enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. South facing decks mean you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset views while you relax in one of the rocking chairs or dine al-fresco on the main level covered porch. Watch the pelicans fly by and dive for fish, and see dolphins surfacing from time to time. Life is a Beach at “Prince of Tides”!

Things to know:
· No pets. This is a non-smoking home.
· Walk to island coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream shop, pickleball courts and playground.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Prince if Tides - This place is super conveniently located directly across the bridge. It's a private piece of beach that doesn't get overly crowded. You're RIGHT on the water. And the interior of the house is newly renovated (except for the bathrooms) - With a brand new kitchen, flooring and furniture. It's got everything you need and is really comfortable! We'd absolutely come back.

This is our second stay in this home and I was impressed with the renovations. We love this house. Its location is perfect and the beach is never busy for us at our section in the spring. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances were upgraded. We love the huge dining table to accommodate everyone comfortably. We can’t wait to come back next year and hope to get a week every spring. The price for what you receive is unmatched. Check in/out was so simple and did not require a lot of work on our end. Multiple samples in kitchen/bathrooms/ and washer included so we honestly would have been fine not bringing some things ourselves. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

The location was perfect (walkable to many restaurants, short drive over the bridge to more places to eat/dessert, grocery and gas). House was very clean and could accommodate our group. Beds were comfortable.

This beach house and its location was perfect! We were sad it was totally booked up when we could come back but will try again the following year for sure. The kitchen had everything we needed. All of the rooms were perfect sizes and every room having a bathroom was so convenient. The living room furniture was cozy and the swivel chairs were perfect for looking at the ocean. The beach in front of the house was completely open with barely any other people which was also nice. Such an amazing oceanfront house with extremely affordable prices. I cannot compliment this house enough and we hope to stay here again!

Great views and close to the bridge. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. House was clean. Arrived at dark and lights were out outside by parking area. Notified the management company and they were there the next morning to fix. Would rent the house again.

Prince of Tides was exactly as pictured and what we wanted. The location was incredibly convenient to the beach as well as to the restaurants and causeway over to the mainland necessities and attractions. Plenty of parking. Plenty of space. It's a real shame that the fireplace isn't allowed to operate in the winter--on the cold and blustery foggy days of winter it would have been pure delight to sit by a fire and hear the waves while reading a book with a glass of wine or coffee. But alas! I really hope you'll rethink that. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the living room chairs and sofa were comfortable, everything was clean. We loved every minute and look forward to staying longer next time!

The house was beautiful, the furnishings were very comfortable. I loved that the living room chairs swivel and rocked, and you could turn them to look out the window or sit in the living room with the group, pull up people and converse. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with appliances and utensils. There was not one thing that we needed for our group of eight meal preps, that was not in the kitchen. The view was spectacular from both decks. The water pressure in the showers was awesome. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and the bed linens were soft, warm and clean. Both king beds had very soft mattresses.

Of all the Vacasa homes we've stayed in over the last few years, this was by far the best! The entire house was extremely clean and the location was fantastic, right on the beach!! The house was very well appointed, we'll laid out and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for homemade meals. Would definitely recommend and will most likely be visiting again!

We loved the Prince of Tides house. It is the cleanest rental home I have ever stayed in. Four and one half baths made it great also. The beds were made to perfection when we arrived--like in a first class hotel; and huge amounts of lovely white towels artistically arranged also greeted us! The kitchen had everything you would need, stored in an organized fashion--not just thrown everywhere. We also loved the service from Vacasa. Timely updates, info, and a kind solution to a problem we caused. They could not have been more kind or professional. We will return to this house and utilize Vacasa in the future.
