Love being on west end. Very close to beach. Quiet and peaceful. House was as advertised-no surprises. We had hiccup when entering code but one call and it was quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our time at this home and would definitely go again! Loved it, love Holden Beach. This area of the beach in particular felt very private and also had a welcoming feel between houses on the street. Loved my time here!

This is the second time we have stayed at this beach cottage and look forward to more stays there in the future! The cottage's location is a short walk from the beach and situated on a quiet street. I love how spacious the rooms are even though the house is relatively small. The outdoor shower has been renovated and is very nice! However, It could use a few more hooks and/or a bench/table. Great beach home with great amenities!!! 5 Stars!

Not the fanciest house we ever stayed in, but totally worth the price! Comfortable beds, two separate living room spaces that gave plenty of space for our group, great sunset views over the causeway, and the roomy and clean outdoor shower was a big hit after a day at the beach! We did have a plumbing issue, but management handled it quickly and professionally.

Was happy it was clean and linens and towels were provided. Had some extras included such as laundry soap, kitchen soap, sponge and towels, bathroom bar of soap and shampoo if you forgot yours. Will stay again for sure!

Clean home but dog smell probably due to dirty rug and heavy rains. Had to request check in information when none was provided within 24 hours of check in. Kitchen was nice and loved the front porch.

We just finished a week at this home and it was wonderful! The house is located very close to a private beach access. The house was very clean and it has all kitchen utensils/appliances you may need! The street is very quiet and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a few hiccups when we first arrived but the team quickly made things right! Plenty of parking and we loved the 3 porch options! The kitchen is stocked with all the necessity’s! We come every year memorial weekend and this has been one of the best trips we’ve taken! They came and took trash to the road for us on trash days! We have no bad things to say!

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house. It is clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The large kitchen is amply equipped, organized— and labeled! (You might want to bring placemats and napkins though.) The A/C works well. There is a back deck in addition to the front porch. The location is excellent, the walk to the beach is easy. Definitely worth five stars.

What a great house! Bright, wide open, clean, and wonderfully stocked. It's a bit out of the way, close to the end of the island that is farther away from the intercoastal causeway, so, the best thing to do is get groceries at Food Lion or at the General Store on the way in, and then you can just settle comfortably and enjoy. There is a street-specific beach walkway right across the Ocean Boulevard. Plenty of room indoors to sprawl out and be comfy on a rainy day.

This charming home did not disappoint in any way. It was very clean, the kitchen beautifully updated, well-stocked and cabinet storage labeled for ease of use. I always appreciate the ice and water dispensers in refrigerator as it eliminates need to buy water now that so many of us travel with our own water bottles. Comfortable rockers on porch were enjoyed as we had several warm afternoons as my daughter, granddaughter and I took a few days away, it is so nice this time of year to ride bikes and walk on beach. Love that there is access at end of street. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds was very restful. Thanks for sharing your home, ease of check-in, and supplying so many extras that make traveling easy. Definitely will book this home again!

Clean house with comfortable beds. Would pick here again without hesitation. Beach access was very close…could be there in about 4 minutes. Soap and shampoo samples provided…dish detergent, dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods were all provided along with bags, parchment paper and saran wrap.

This is our second time visiting Holden Beach and staying here at this lovely home on Sunshine 🌞. We love the place, the decor, the location and the decks!! And the beach!!! My family of five thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beach cottage during our vacatiion time at Holden Beach. The house was very clean and cheerful. Although the cottage is small, the rooms feel open and spacious. This house was a perfect size for our family (which is sometimes hard to find). The property owners have done a fantastic job with equipping the home for vacationers. Bath towels and sheets are provided. The kitchen is nicely appointed. Complimentary soaps and detergents are available too if needed. We loved the location of the home as it is a short walk to the beach and located at a good spot on the end of the island (Not too crowded). Also, I particularly loved how soft the bed quilts were. Upon departing, we tried to leave the house as clean as we entered it the first time :) Overall, this home offered a fantastic accomadation to our beach stay! We would really love to come back again!

This property is ideally located a short 2 to 3 minute walk to the beach! The pictures are very accurate... large kitchen with everything you could need. Excellent refrigerator with icemaker that works (very important for those cocktails). Large livingroom, but like others have noted, the yellow couch could use a good upholstery cleaning. The King sized bed was comfortable, but my friend had the room with the Queen sized bed and twin, and she said the Queen mattress was super hard and uncomfortable. She ended up sleeping in the twin bed. Having two separate bathrooms is very convenient.

We had a great weekend and actually booked again before we left! Very clean and welcoming. We look forward to visiting during warmer weather to use the table, shower, and hammock downstairs. It's such a great set up! We ended up there on a cold, rainy, weekend so the options for TV were great and we enjoyed movies. Everything is well labeled. The master bathroom shower pressure was amazing. The king mattress kind of rolled us both to the middle, but was still soft and comfy. There is so much closet space which is rare in smaller houses. The front porch rockers and view is amazing. It was truly a great stay. We come often and have a new spot to add to our favorites.

This is our family’s favorite beach retreat! It’s very clean and beautifully decorated with an open layout that made it easy for everyone to hang out together and also do their own thing. Having the laundry right in the kitchen and dining area made it so easy to get that done while cooking and during game night. The beach is so close, that we went there for sunrise and sunset and again in between. It was amazing being able to hear the ocean from the house. We loved having a front and back deck and the outdoor shower. We had a family movie night in the large, living room and we enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen (even better equipped than ours at home). Looking forward to coming back soon!

Our family homeschools and we just took a fantastic trip with a few other friends. We stayed from Tuesday night until Thursday morning. It was ideal. Such a short walk from the beach, it was wonderful not having to lug food and gear down to the beach. We were able to just walk back-and-forth and meet the needs of our kiddos.

My family and I stayed a few days this past week and absolutely loved the home. The decor was very beachy, light, airy, and delightful! I loved the floor plan and the feeling of space in the home! The location was fabulous! We loved walking the 7 houses to the beach and the secluded area for the Sunshine Residents. We met several guests and home owners and they were just lovely people, very warm and friendly! It was such a wonderful experience. We can't wait to go back again!!! Thank You!!

We found Mahi Beach by chance and took the opportunity on a whim. What a delight to walk in to a bright home smelling and looking so clean. We had no idea it had a private beach access as well! The house was so cute! Right up the street from the beach! Fully equipped and very clean. Only suggestion is possibly get some new shower heads in the bathrooms. :) Everything else was wonderful!!

My wife and I wanted to get away and enjoy a quiet weekend out of town. This house was perfect. We invited another couple and both couple brought our dogs. The house was one of the cleanest and best maintained beach house we’ve stayed at in a long time. With beach access just a block away, great porches on the front and back and plenty of parking, the house was lovely.
