Lighthouse Cove' is a cute and cozy three-bedroom, two-bath home located on the canal. Bring your boat and enjoy a relaxing family getaway at Holden Beach. This home offers convenient one-level living with an open floor plan. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances and plenty of counter space, along with a large dining table that seats up to eight guests. The home is beautifully decorated with lots of beach décor throughout the house. The main bedroom includes a king bed, a smart TV, a private bathroom, and access to the covered deck. The queen bedroom with a smart TV and deck access shares a hall bathroom with the bunkbed/twin room. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the covered deck overlooking the canal. The anchored platform deck with railing on the channel has a table with seating and an attached floating dock perfect for fishing and docking your boat. Enjoy family activities and games in the spacious backyard. Other amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a brand new washer/dryer located in the master bathroom, an electric fireplace in the living room, free WiFi, and smart TVs throughout. Up to two dogs are welcome.

This home was welcoming and super cute! The kids had tons of games to play and blankets to make a fort with. They enjoyed jumping off the dock and floating in the canal. The beds were very comfortable. The dining room sat everyone, and we had more than enough dishes. The outdoor shower was a huge hit as it kept sand out, and it was a short walk to the beach access. We loved this cute home and would recommend.

House was well stocked and perfect location to bring boat and short walk to public beach access. Great layout- dock will give splinters if you have littles just be careful of that but otherwise a perfect family vaca house

4 minute walk to beach access! Sits on the canal nestled between permanent residents and other rentals. Very polite neighborhood with terrific evening atmosphere. You can hear the ocean waves crashing while sitting on the comfortable, well covered deck. A gate on the deck allows your pet to enjoy some freedom outside the home. This property is best for little dogs or elderly dogs. The surrounding properties have fenced in yards, and they are utilized by bigger dogs. Washer/dryer access is such a plus. I didn't think I would use (or even WANT to use), but being able to launder the towels just to lessen the mess was great (the property has some complimentary detergeant pods, I used those for their towels and saved my detergeant for our belongings). Be sure to bring softener though, the provided towels are NOT soft. Really loved being on the canal, if you're not going for ocean front this is the way to go. So Glad I didn't book the home that was just land locked. (You can swim in the canal too! We didn't. Didn't have any floatables or swim shoes. It'd been awesome if the property had a few floatables for this, as we didn't even think about it. Not their fault, but we would have given it a go if it had been just that simple!)

This cute little 3 bedroom room home worked very well for our family of 4 plus our dog. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch/deck which is right on a canal. Bonus points for having a baby gate up so our dog could relax outside with us. Quick and easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful customer service and owner with a pack up key available when we had trouble getting the keypad lock to work. Would happily stay here again.

This house has everything you need for a relaxing family vacation! The property is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. You are right on the bay with your own private dock. You can fish from that dock or if you have a boat, you can boat right from the dock. We enjoyed watching the sunsets from the dock! There is also a relatively large grass lawn for your kids or pet to run around on. It's also about a 5-minute walk to the beach! The house itself has a very big deck that you can access from three different rooms. It overlooks the bay. It's perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or even bringing your dinner outside and eating at the picnic table! The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking whatever you want. The washing machine and dryer are extremely modern and very efficient and fun to use! I would recommend this house to any family!

We loved this rental! My family felt at home and cozy all week. The house is stocked with everything you need to make this stay comfortable. I would have given it a perfect 5 but the sliding door handle kept coming off. It was aggravating going around to get outside on the deck. We would definitely rent this property again!

Loved the dock out back for fishing and the short walk to the beach (just down the street) House was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We noted some maintenance needs but nothing terrible. Felt very much at home. Beds were comfortable. Nice to be able to travel with our toy poodle! Vacasa was extremely helpful and accomadating. Would definitely stay again and have recommended to family members!

First when I walked in, it smelled and looked clean. The kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our group of 6, and our dog. The yard and Dock were a hit. My son and his grandfather spent a lot of time together fishing out there.

We loved having our meals at the picnic table on the back deck every day. We placed our bikes and kayak gear in the garage, it was great. Best of all, we placed the tandem kayaks on the floating dock when we arrived and picked them up to lift them onto the car on the last day. It felt wonderful to just walk out to the dock and go paddling up the canal and the intracoastal waterway. Overall we had a lovely stay in the home, it was very clean, well stocked with everything for a family vacation, even for rainy days.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Everyone agreed that the house was very cozy and fit our family well. Sitting on the back porch overlooking the water in the morning was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed a little fishing off the dock and there were even some ride on toys and beach toys my grandson enjoyed. We loved the seating area on the lower level with the swing and chair hammock. There were a couple of issues but the property managers were quick to fix them. The only thing not immediately fixable was the mattress in the master bedroom (way past its prime) . We ended up switching rooms with my son and his wife since they enjoy a softer mattress so it all worked out! We would definitely rent this house again! And did I mention the short walk to the beach!

The house was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor shower and using the garage. The kitchen was nice which we use a lot. Public access is only a block away so we walked to the beach everyday! The pier is a bit far..you would want to drive. Our only complaint about the house is the front door does not close properly.

4 minute walk to beach access! Sits on the canal nestled between permanent residents and other rentals. Very polite neighborhood with terrific evening atmosphere. You can hear the ocean waves crashing while sitting on the comfortable, well covered deck. A gate on the deck allows your pet to enjoy some freedom outside the home. This property is best for little dogs or elderly dogs. The surrounding properties have fenced in yards, and they are utilized by bigger dogs. Washer/dryer access is such a plus.
