Relax and enjoy the ocean view from this four-bedroom, four-bath cottage. 'Jus' For Fun' has central AC, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, a DVD player, a stereo, free WiFi, and a Ping-Pong table. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. Other amenities include an open and covered porch, an outside shower, ceiling fans, a sundeck, a wood-burning fireplace, and a walkway to the beach. THINGS TO KNOW 4th bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs with private separate entrance (no interior stairs).

We loved our stay at this lovely house.ur favorite part of the house was the porch. We had beautiful views of the ocean with visits from a couple of dolphins in the morning. We loved rocking in the rocking chairs and the amazing swing that was provided on the porch. You were literally steps away from the beach. The family enjoyed searching for sharks teeth, collecting shells, watching breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, and cooking fresh seafood daily. We loved that we had room to roam at the beach. We were there during the summertime and we still had space between cabanas, and still were able to view the ocean from the home. We will be back for sure. Thank you for sharing this home away from home.

We had a wonderful week. The weather could not have been better. This home is roomy and well equipped. The covered oceanfront porch was perfect for our morning coffee. It’s in a great location and close to all the shops and grocery store. This home is wonderful!

The house itself is nice even though it has some apparent age. Perfect size. The ocean access and view is great. Very enjoyable sitting on the porch and watching and listening to the ocean. Quiet area.

The East end of Holden is my favorite because it is closer to the beach in my opinion…

This was our 5th vacation at Holden Beach. We had never stayed on the east side of island before. Being on this side, makes everything off the island closer because of the proximity to the bridge. The house was very clean, the beds were already made and towels were in the bathroom. The back porch provides a great view of the beach and you can even see the lighthouse at Oak Island. The kitchen was well furnished and making meals there was not a problem. The decor in the house was interesting (maps, ships, nautical/fishing theme). TV's and internet worked great. We love this place and hope to stay there again.

Nice house, nicely decorated- not the generic craft store wall art you often see. Full, covered back deck/porch, with all the rockers, was a real plus. We are bookmarking this home.

The pictures don't do this house justice. For our family of 4, the layout and size of this house was perfect. All appliances and A/C worked great and it was a pleasure to have everything on one floor, including washer/dryer. It was also nice not having to worry about towels and linen. All three beds were quality beds and we enjoyed restful sleep during our stay. The location on the beach was great--not very crowded at all. The public access next door was not bothersome at all. The view from the deck was something we truly enjoyed during our stay. We would recommend this house highly and would not hesitate to come back here again. Have been impressed by Vacasa every step of the way!

This is a clean and well furnished home. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. The back porch view was great! We have been to Holden Beach many times and this home was at the top of our list!
