'It's After 12' is located at 238 OBE and has all the convenience and space to comfortably accommodate your guests. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen and a single and the second bedroom has a queen with a private bathroom. The second floor has two baths and two bedrooms with a queen and single in the first and a queen in the second. You'll have central AC, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a cable TV, a DVD player, and free WiFi. Other amenities include open and covered porches, a fish sink, an outside shower, a walkway to the beach, and parking under the house.

Loved the view , best on the beach....very clean and comfortable....bathrooms for each bedroom was a big plus....will definitely stay again!!!

This cottage is well appointed and right on the beach. It is so easy to go back inside for a minute for drinks, snacks or bathroom break. Everything you need at a great price!

This is by far our favorite location. Being on the end is so nice, and every bedroom having direct access to a bathroom has us spoiled! My mom says the kitchen is really well stocked too.

This was probably one of the newer homes we've rented. Had all the needed appliance and kitchen needs, though the knives were horribly dull and almost useless. House was well cleaned and appreciated the outdoor heated shower.

My family loves It’s After 12 for our family summer beach trip. It is clean, well stocked for cooking and comfortable for our group of 8. We like the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus the outside shower. We like the east beach area and local restaurants like LouLou’s and The Dock House. The kiddos love Sunset Slush and a trip to the candy store. But mostly we love the beach front porch and being on the sand in seconds for a walk or a swim. We love Holden Beach!

It's After Midnight is a beautiful home on the beach. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back to stay here again. We had the most peaceful and relaxing week ever!!
