Upon returning from a day of fishing, swimming, or simply soaking up the sunshine, you'll be able to head inside to relax in the home's central air conditioning. Prepare your fresh catch in the full kitchen then serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for eight. In addition to everything that's available at this home, you can also enjoy access to a shared swimming pool during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW This rental is only for the first level of a duplex. The pool, dock, and exterior areas are considered shared spaces. Please check for dock availability.

This was our 3rd year at this house. We love the layout, the views are gorgeous and plenty of space for everyone. The grandchildren enjoyed fishing off the dock.

The home and its setting are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking the intercostal waterway and the dock is great for sitting and sunbathing. The pool is a great amenity that our kids enjoyed throughout the whole trip. The beds slept great, the sheets were clean and crisp. The window views all around the home are fantastic. Would love to have had more time. Thank you to the owner for being welcoming. This home does not have outdoor cameras and I appreciate that. Privacy is important to us and I know it takes some trust on the owners part to allow that.

Location was so good that our son in law who worried about not being on the beach has already suggested rebooking for next year. The house was spacious. After spending time in the 90+ degree beach we were happy to relax in and near the covered pool. The area was quiet and this was perfect for our 4 generation group. Unfortunately next year if everyone wants to go we will exceed the house capacity with a new 2 year old child.

House is new and immaculate. The pool, though a little expensive to add on heat, was amazing. The place is very calming with lots of room to spread out with the 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The house had everything we needed and you cannot get a better view of the intercoastal. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a great time at On the High Point. The wrap around views of the waterway were great and the pool was the perfect temperature while heated. The beach was about a mile walk away, but there is a public beach access directly across from where highpoint st spits out. All of the rooms were as described and there were nice touches like complimentary dish washer and laundry pods so we didn't have to buy those for a couple day stay. Would definitely come back to this location again.

This house was a beautiful place inside and out. The views were superb! The house was perfect for our family of 8. We keep a good watch on the grands so it wasn’t an issue for us but a fence in the backyard would have been icing on the cake. We would love to stay here again!! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

We loved our stay - 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was a huge bonus. The house was clean, well appointed, and we had everything we needed. The only strange thing we’re the sheets, which were scratchy. The blankets were soft.
