Description

Silver Linings West is a beautifully situated, completely renovated, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's more than enough room for the entire family, with nearby local restaurants, ice cream parlors, and gift shops. This home, which occupies one side of a duplex, offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with nautical ceiling fans, a wall of picture windows, luxury vinyl plank floors, an expandable dining table, beautiful frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, and new stainless steel appliances that include a glass-top stove and dishwasher. Helpful extras include a milk frother and kitchen accessories complete with a spice rack. The pantry is equipped with new Cuisinart small appliances, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. Enjoy new Hot Tub, new Roku/cable smart TVs (one in every bedroom), a DVD player, a VCR, fast reliable internet, a new washer/dryer, a spacious covered porch with rocking chairs, a large observation deck, plenty of convenient covered parking, an outdoor sink and cleaning station, and a set of outdoor stairs leading to the deck entrance and a private boardwalk to the beach. There are two primary bedrooms, the first of which is on the main level and features its own den and luxury bathroom. The second is upstairs, offering its own luxury bathroom and private oceanfront balcony for sunbathing by day and stargazing by night. The bathrooms have been renovated with light marbling custom tile, natural rock showers, frameless shower doors, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line, brushed-brass Delta hardware. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The washing machine is not available for use during the winter months.

WOW! This condo is spectacular! My girlfriends and I have stayed at Silver Linings for two years in a row and we’re making it our annual trip. The amenities are top notch and we look forward to making memories that will last a lifetime! A HUGE thank you to the owner(s) for providing an absolute beautiful place to stay and enjoy!

Fantastic property, very well stocked kitchen. Few small issues but nothing too serious. Housed 9 of us very easily. We got married right behind house on beach! Coming back next year and getting both sides!

This unit has a great view on a quiet stretch of beach. Good sized bedrooms and enough bathrooms for a couple of families, friends or small groups. It was nice having too porches as well, with covered parking under the home.

We had a great stay. House was stocked well & was clean. We didn't see one bug the whole week. The only downfall was the top deck. The railing was very unstable so we were unable to enjoy it with our small children. Otherwise, it was a good stay and beautiful location.

We've stayed in many houses over the years but this is by far the best! Beautiful and modern with everything we could have hoped for. The kitchen is a chef's dream with almost anything you could ask for (pots, pans, large pot for low country boil, crockpot, instant pot, wok, you name it!) The couch and all the beds were extremely comfortable, the decor was lovely, and we loved the big Roku enabled tvs. Location was fantastic with such a short easy drive to get to the mainland. Upper and lower decks offer beautiful views any time of day or night. Very kid friendly for our almost 2 and almost 4 year olds, we even found a baby gate for the stairs in one of the closets! Really hoping to come back to this same house for years to come! Entire experience through Vacasa was excellent.

This is our second year staying at this property. It’s perfect for our family vacation. Staff is very attentive no matter the time of evening that you have a question. Perfect stay for your getaway. Also highly recommend their other properties as I have book several locations not just this one they have all been great.

We loved the house. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Very clean and plenty of linens, well stocked The porch over looking the ocean was amazing. Holden Beach did not disappoint we found lots of sea biscuits and shells. Would highly recommend this place.

Seven of us 60+ ladies spent 2023 Spring Break week here. The house was roomy enough for all of us to be comfortable. Wifi, after getting the correct password (it isnt the renter's email address as the welcome email stated) was fast and strong enough for all of us to surf at the same time. Beds were comfortable, though if you like thick pillows, bring your own. The sectional sofa was big enough to allow everyone to have a bit of personal space. The whole place was extremely clean. Previous reviewers noted dusty walls. There were small patches still there above a few doors and windows but not enough to make the house feel dirty. The baths and kitchen were spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with enough plates and cutlery for us all to have 2 or 3 meals between washings. There was a good variety of pots and pans, sharp knives, and cooking utensils. The only thing that we couldn't find was the blender pitcher though we did find the base. There are now private washer and dryer set up for each side of the duplex. The deck was sturdy and the walkway to the Beach showed signs of having recently had the boards screwed down so we found it quite safe. The stairs up from the parking area are steep if you have issues with stairs. Windows are doors all seemed to be in working order but we found the door to the deck to be a bit difficult to open. All in all, one of the best, most reasonably priced homes any of us had ever stayed in. We highly recommend Silver Linings West.

It was such a magical week! Being able to watch the sunrise and sunset over the Ocean from the deck was amazing! Such a nice family friendly beach. And for those shell lovers-this is heaven!!!

We loved the room this house offered.. the kitchen has been updated very well.. the back porch is so awesome having the ocean in your back yard …. So relaxing , walking hunting shells , sitting in the sand , and chilling on the leather sofa watching baseball… ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The house was centrally located and near great restaurants and shopping. The beach view was very pretty from the back deck of the house and there was easy access to the beach. The house was also very clean and a surplus of bath towels was provided. This house will be a repeat rental for us!
