Description Description
Silver Linings East & West is a beautifully situated, completely renovated, oceanfront duplex with a spectacular oceanfront view. There's enough room for the entire family, with nearby local restaurants, ice cream parlors, and gift shops. This home is an entire duplex with two separate living spaces - a great setup for an extended family or a group of friends vacationing together. Each side offers an open living, kitchen, and dining area with shiplap ceilings and rustic beams, nautical ceiling fans, a wall of picture windows, beautiful frost-white quartz countertops, quality brushed-brass faucets, and new stainless steel appliances. Each pantry is well equipped too, with new Cuisinart small appliances. There are two primary bedrooms in each living space (for a total of four primary bedrooms). On each side of the home, the first primary bedroom is on the main level, offering its own den and full luxury bathroom. The second-floor suite has its own luxury bathroom and private oceanfront balcony for sunbathing by day and stargazing by night. The bathrooms have been renovated with light marbling custom tile, natural rock showers, frameless shower doors, quartz countertops, and top-of-the-line, brushed-brass Delta hardware. Additional amenities include new Hot Tub, new flatscreen Roku/cable smart TVs (one in every bedroom), DVD players, VCRs, fast and reliable WiFi, a spacious covered porch with rocking chairs, a large observation deck, plenty of covered parking, rinse-off showers, an outdoor sink and cleaning station, and a set of outdoor stairs leading to the deck entrance and the private boardwalk to the beach. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The washing machine is not available for use during the winter months.

The rooms were clean. The Jacuzzi was amazing. Ocean view was relaxing throughout our whole trip

This was my first time staying at this property but won’t be my last. This property was very clean and spacious. The property is undergoing some maintenance and renovations which will make it all the better. The idea to make 2 duplexes as one rental is perfect for families. We especially enjoyed the hot tubs at the end of our beach days. While there we had an issue with the a/c, but management was quick to respond and maintenance was there in no time. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and are hoping to visit again soon.

My group of friends who met in college and hadn't seen each other in years used the house for a little weekend reunion - the duplex turned single house was perfect for housing our group, which included males and females. It was great to have access to two kitchens, two living rooms, plenty of bedrooms and the ocean view was wonderful. We had a really nice time catching up and may even come back to the same house next year.

Best place we have ever stayed!!
Our family is unique. 5 kids ranging from 35-45. 12 grandkids ranging from 1-22. Two families have 4 kids each. This place was perfect beyond belief! Two separate houses connected together. We could walk from one to the other with no problem. But everyone has their own space, own kitchen, own washer and dryer and both units had hot tubs. We normally go to Ocracoke 3 times a year but decided to try Holden Beach 6 hours closer. Not only was the house beyond belief the coffee shop, Aunt Irene’s Cinnamon Buns, the pizza place and Castaways were all fantastic. We also had the beach to ourselves. We plan on booking again for next year TODAY!! Thanks to the owners for such a great trip!

Great for our group
We rented both sides and had 22 in our party (15 adults, 3 teens, and 4 toddlers). There was plenty of space for all. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. We enjoyed our stay and loved being oceanfront.

Excellent for families with children
Having both East & West provided two living rooms and two kitchens and plenty of bedrooms. When not at the beach (which is terrific) kids could hang out watching television on on side while non-kids could be on the other side with some conversation time or watching something else on tv. Two kitchens means two refrigerators so had plenty of room for food and beverage storage. Two kitchens also meant two stoves so able to prepare lots of food easily. The counters were next to the stoves so it was easy to prepare and serve food for the masses. The beach access is great and the beach had few people because access is very limited to people who are not staying at a beach house but access from the beach house was very easy and fast. Place was clean and well maintained. Linens and towels were high quality and no shortage of them. Washers and dryers on both sides so easy to do lots of laundry for lots of people. The decks have very comfortable rocking chairs that make relaxing easy while looking over the beach and water.
