Description

Let all of your oceanfront dreams come to fruition when you book a stay at Pelicans Penthouse! This updated, top-floor condo is located in beautiful Caswell Beach, right across from the Oak Island Golf Course. When you aren't paying a visit to the Oak Island Lighthouse or the Yaupon Fishing Pier, simply sit back and take in marvelous sunrise and sunset views. Inside Pelicans Penthouse, enjoy utilizing the well-appointed kitchen with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The adjacent living room presents a pleasant space to stream your favorite shows on the Roku Smart TV. Each of the condo's bedrooms is equipped with its own TV and remote-controlled ceiling fans. From the primary bedroom, enjoy ocean views and an en suite bathroom. A focal point of the condo is the oceanfront balcony where you can sit any time of day and watch the waves crash, the dolphins play, and the seagulls fly. Additional exterior perks include a convenient ground-level storage closet with six beach chairs, two boogie boards, a skimmer-board, and two umbrellas. Sand toys and beach games for the kids are included in the closet, too. An outdoor shower and foot hose are available to wash off the sand after a fun day spent on the beach or in the community's pool. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Available for off-season monthly rentals. The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

This is a great little condo if you don’t mind three flights of stairs. Nice location and great view from the little balcony. It was perfect for our family. The beach and pool are close and the island is easy to navigate. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We did need to call with an issue but it was quickly resolved. Enjoyed our stay!

This is on 4th floor but if you don't mind climbing the stairs, it is a stunning spot. Great ocean front views. It is not a super fancy place but has comfy beds, clean, nice kitchen. The balcony is where we spent our time enjoying the sounds and views and smells of the ocean. I would definitely stay there again

My family and I enjoyed the ocean view, close to Southport and all the surrounding attractions was all we were looking for and this place checked all of our boxes! We will be back and recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean, extra towels, less than 5 minute walk to the beach, great views from balcony. The only downside was all the steps since was on the top floor, so anyone with medical issues should not get this condo, but perfect for us! Highly recommend!

Great location, wonderful view of the beach. We appreciated The many beach toys and chairs to use. Condo building was nice and quiet and condo was in good condition. We really enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I try to get away every year for a few days to recharge. This was by far our favorite stay! Loved the property, location and the decor of the unit. Very relaxing vibe and so quiet. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean is something we'll look forward to doing again next year!

We had a wonderful four day getaway during the winter and loved the condo. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated and perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 small kids). The little extras (dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo in showers, books, games, and what looked like a brand new high chair) made us feel welcomed. Highly recommended.
