Super clean, neat, and perfect size for our family - you cannot beat the view and beach access! Quick response from Vacasa when we couldn't figure out the door lock. :)

The view and amenities were fantastic. Great area for those who want to fish maybe golf or just swim in the ocean. If you’re looking for relaxation and quiet, this beach is perfect. If you’re after the nightlife, this is not the beach for you

We stayed at this condo for two weeks this summer and it became our home away from home. We always stay at OIBV, and this is one of our fave places to stay! Amazing view, updated appliances, plenty of space. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Three Brothers Condo. The condo was very clean. Amount of supplies provided was amazing. Lots of towels and extra sheets provided if needed. Beds were great. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!

The place was very clean and quiet. Great ocean views. The only thing I would change is to have blinds or shades on the windows because the sun is bright and gets you up early. It would also be nice to have an iron and ironing board. Overall, I was very satisfied.

This was the perfect property for a couple or maybe a couple with one or two kids (only one bathroom). It is right on the beach, as you can see from the pictures. It is also extremely close to restaurants, bars and golf. As long as you are good to walk up three flights of stairs, multiple times a day, this is an amazing place. I'll certainly stay there again.

The Thomas Cottage was amazing! Great location, very clean and easy access to food and recreation.The gas grill did need a good cleaning, which we did. Others this was very noice place to stay. Would stay there again.

We’ve been renting beach homes for 30 years and this home was the absolute best! Really loved the neutral colors inside which accentuated God’s beauty outside. Highly recommend!

We loved pretty much everything about this condo. It had everything we needed. Everything worked great! Would definitely come back but just a few cosmetic things could be worked on and needs blinds or curtains over the windows to prevent light from coming in during the day as we have a small child the needs to nap around lunch and it was too bright in the small room and the sun came in very early each morning. Overall fantastic experience.

Great condo. It was very clean when I checked in and well stocked. The only down side is no elevator but it was worth taking the stairs for the view. The complex was nice and seemed very family oriented. I will definitely be staying here again.

We loved the oceanfront location of this apartment! Beautiful & peaceful view. The pool was a short walk away. It was the top story (3 flights up) so be prepared. Would definitely stay here again!

I had reservations about working with a company rather than individual owners for our rental but everything about vacasa worked really well. There were a few items that needed attended to regarding the house, and Vacasa was prompt in reply and maintenance. The house is beautiful and the beach was great! Having a pool was awesome too. We recommend this house for a big family. The floor plan is a bit weird but very beautiful!

Beautiful new construction with thoughtful, quality features throughout. Light and bright decor, and even more spacious than the pictures suggest. Wonderfully comfortable beds and linens. Oh -- and the elevator -- I can imagine how helpful it would be for my elderly parents or those with mobility issues... not to mention that it was great for unloading and loading our stuff! The beach and the view speak for themselves, and we appreciated being on the comparatively quiet east side of the island with a 3/4 mile walk to the point and inlet by Oak Island (though really Holden Beach is so low-key in general). Suggestions: extend the pool heating season to end of May (pool was a little too cool), and consider proving basic beach equipment (we rented beach chairs and beach towels locally). Overall a fantastic stay at the house and seamless customer experience with the property management company (Vacasa).

Stayed for 5 nights at the end of March 2023. Home looked to be renovated recently and was very well maintained. The cleanliness was outstanding when we checked in and was well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware, soaps, detergent, etc. The heated pool (separate charge) was well worth it given the timing of our visit. Would absolutely book Thomas Cottage again. One point of constructive criticism, the textured concrete pool surround seemed to be chipping slightly and was full of loose stones that needed sandals to walk on at all times. Suggest a thorough sweeping (we didn’t see a push broom at the house) and checking to ensure the chipping won’t get worse.

What a beautiful home! So grateful for the opportunity to stay here with our family over Christmas. No better way to celebrate the joy of the season than gathering in the light-filled living room and kitchen overlooking the sand and ocean, sunrises and sunsets. Appointed with all we needed and sleeping on comfy beds make Thomas Cottage a place for meal gathering, talks and laughter and rest. We were also so close to the intercoastal and took walks to see the boats and water there. Vacasa is always so attentive! We love renting with Vacasa! See you again very soon Thomas Cottage and Holden Beach.

The condo was perfect. Extremely clean, well stocked and a comfortable decor. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. Perfectly located on the beach with resturants in walking distance on the beach. Very convenient to everything Oak Island and Southport have to offer. We will be back again and again and again.

This house has a bathroom for each of the five bedrooms plus a half bath. Well appointed furnishings including televisions and well stocked kitchen appliances. Exterior porches can be readily accessed on both street and beachfront. Gorgeous ocean view especially sunset. Spacious area around the pool that can be heated with advance request and additional fee. Elevator was a welcomed amenity. Beach access is easy. Good location. Wildlife included several deer observed on Ocean Blvd East in side yard and on the dunes.

Conveniently located with very easy private beach access. This older home has lots of space and charm without the pressure of being so particular about everything. This was our third year staying here and we LOVE it.
