HB173 NC Seaclusion

We were extremely pleased with our stay but we would like to point out a couple of maintenance issues. Recliner is extremely worn, does not work properly and should be removed. Right side of couch as you look at it does not work. Toilet seat in laundry room needs replaced (broke). TV should be set and ready for tenants. Remote to living room tv is broke (black one). Sundeck white/grey chair seat board needs to be screwed back down. Enough trashbags for duration of stay. Ceiling fan in small green bedroom upstairs needs to be fixed or greased. Inform tenants that there is two thermostats one for upstairs and one down stairs. Electric can opener needs to be replaced. Add a hand held can opener for back up. Refrigerator freezer side leaks. These are just what we thought needed attention but would not change our over all review. It was an amazing stay. Beautiful, great views, centrally located and definitely a gem. Thank you and hope to stay there again.

Location ocean front-with beach access. Panoramic views of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom, and two bedroom upstairs. House was clean and had everything we needed. WiFi was easily accessed-we were able to cast to any of the 6 tvs in the home without any issue. The house could use some updates but for vacation rental home it was comfortable and had all the amenities of home. Our goal would be to book this house again the next time we stay at Holden Beach.

The house was awesome. You have a great view of the ocean and the sunrise is unbelievable. The house is very spacious with a big kitchen so family dinner was a hit. The AC works fabulous and the outside shower has great hot water. No complaints.

Nice to have dish washer detergent, toiletries and plenty of toilet tissue. Having elevator was a plus. Actually for us it was a necessity. Would have been helpful to have instructions ahead of time. Prefer east end of the island and this was 4th house from inlet. Perfect! Would definitely stay again. (Off season, when rates are within my budget😀)

Location was wonderful, short walk to the beach. Great views from the ocean side decks. Ample space for our family of 10 with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Comfy furnishings, joyful colors and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. Linens and towels provided; beds were all made prior to arrival. The family really enjoyed our stay. It was a home away from home.

Really loved being on the water and having a private walkway! However if you are coming to Holden for shelling, there were no shells on the beach at the house. It is a great beach for the kids though, it is wide and pretty shallow. It is about 3 miles down to the pier where the shells are in abundance! The beds are comfortable, linens are very clean, and the bedrooms spacious. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves! The living/kitchen space is relatively small compared to the rest of the house. It wasn't a problem for us, but it could be for larger groups. Both decks are large and in warmer weather would provide more gathering space. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return and recommend to others! Vacasa was very responsive to any questions and came out quickly to fix a door handle. We didn't have to be there for this small maintenance issue. They were willing to come in while we were gone with our permission. The handle was fixed by the time we returned. They also checked in with us several times to make sure everything was ok! Good customer service!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Seaclusion. The house was comfy, but could use new mattresses! The elevator came in handy for my elderly mother and the view was spectacular. Our week was amazing—until someone invited Ophelia! LOL We hope to return again in the future!

This trip was postponed in 22 and moved to 23. Holden Beach and our house was definitely worth the wait. Definitely going to make a return trip

This was a great house! We stayed there with our children and grandchildren and had a wonderful time. The house was large and well furnished - plenty of room for all of us. VACASA was very easy to work with. We will rent through them again!
